Shma: A and A is just 19flrs nothing more. It is even looking shorter than that 19. That should not be a topic for discussion.
We have such Buldings sprouting all over in kilimani and westlands.
More height was reviewed and added..that woman you saw in the video is among their consultant so she knows more about the project and wouldn't be decieving her investors.
Wuoche: This is a list of top 100 hospitals in Africa. Kenya has 11 hospitals in the list while Nigeria only has 5. Mombasa has one hospital in top 10 while Abuja has zero in top 50
Saddamochieng00: This is the post that made your brother afterjuly angry because he could not believe a middle income family can afford such luxuries.
NOTE: Westerners themselves could also not believe the post.
Don't be ridiculous..Are those people Nigerians a d if they are you use what a single individual said to make your judgement on an entire nation..what if that folk that spoke is a broke ass nigga.
Wuoche: Here is your overhyped Abuja. The only notable thing in Abuja are those rocky hills and roads. The rest are dust. If that`s what you want to compare with either Nairobi or Mombasa then you are lost.
Roan7: Bro, like i told you yesterday, that i like you, and i want you to be honest, just like i'm going to be honest with you. You know deep down that mombasa is not even listed in top 10 best cities in East Africa, but it has one of the best beaches in Africa, i gave that to mombasa, but you are trying to embarrassing yourself here. I only asked for mombasa international airport, let start from there first. I'm not into buildings a lot, i prefer developments and infrastructures, that's what ranks a city, not buildings, i hope you understand me?
The fact that Abuja is regarded as an international city and constantly features in any weather forecast globally should tell them Abuja is not their mate...
If not for Nairaland who will hear of Mombasa...How many east Africans can confidently say they are aware that Mombasa exist leave alone WA..
Shma: nigga, you don't know what you're talking about. Don't reflect your stupidity to the public, Abuja has 24/7 electric supply?? Really Okay its possible being the new somehow planned city, but know this problem kid. Nairobi enjoys all what you have said and as compared to Lagos it's quite vise verser, Abuja just like any new developing city will have nearly all basic amenities but rank Mombasa ahead of Abuja in terms of infrastructure, Save for roads.
Stop this nonsense..nobody is buying your Mombasa crap story..we are far to enlightened about Mombasa to be decieved with cheap talk...and this just a fact not a troll
Saddamochieng00: I was talking about all the luxuries(mansionette, maid, electronic gadgets,WIFI,running water, cable TV etc etc)
Can't a middle class family in Nigeria afford such
This is funny..you must really think Nigerians are low lifes...yes we can afford those...like what the fvck do you take us for... Asking us if our middle class all those...nothing more annoying than seeing you include cable tv,water, gadgets wifi...ask SA how much their cable tv is making here...we are their biggest market and ever since they set foot in Nigeria their business has grown tremendously...Even poor people own cable tv like gotv startimes and the rest..
Roan7: I don't like doing this, but since you have been pushed me, i will post and shut you up forever.
1 mombasa stadium, and slum 2-3 mombasa city, you can deny it as well.
You want to see Mombasa in its true ugliness then watch the movie bloodshot on Netflix..it's offered an aerial view of Mombasa and it was undoubtedly hideous..the ground view was also a mess..
Shma: Bro, am not justo 30. If you engage me in that trolling game I can as well return the same favor. I know Abuja is a planned city compared to Mombasa and I always submit to facts. I don't just run my mouth for debating sake like some of your fellow countrymen. I know Abuja has nice roads and that's what Mombasa can't dare compete, the rest Mombasa beats Abuja unless you convince me. This is Mombasa., post Abuja, let's see.
Show us drive videos through Mombasa CBD...let's see the mess merging to together with your numerous white and blue ugly buildings..
Shma: I just visited your skyscraper city forum and the construction is stalled. Your A and A is a mere 19floors that should not be a topic for discussion.
Then you are wrong..our skyscrapercity forum is not half as active as your..you nigga are willing to go through any length to get photos...whilst we barely even speak on our... Most of our thread are usually 3-4 then the project get compllemeted...I know of so many projects that has not been talked about in that site..so has been completed, some hasn't....
And no, A &A is about 22 flrs for residential only..car park not included.... Watch this video.. be attentive..you will hear when this woman said it..
Shma: Abuja only shines in road, and yes Abuja can't stand Lagos that is fact. Though in neatness Abuja will automatically win. Abuja is a small crap city with nice roads. Lagos can't beat Nairobi my brother.
BeforeJuly: Nigeria is Africa's largest buyers of cars. There is a car for every 12 people... Now this is a 2018 stat.... Pretty sure it'd be more than that by now.
Ghana has more cars per capita than Kenya.
Also despite Kenya's small population compared to Nigeria, there is just a bewildering single car owner in every 30 Kenyans. 30 Kenyans! Loooooooool! .
So much for the MASSIVE MIDDLE CLASS that can afford maids and 5 laptops.
This automatically prove that our middle class is by far bigger.
Abohboy: Buhari has paid the counterpart funding for the 5.3 billion dollar Ibadan-Kano rail line. At the cost of 318 million dollars. They will start with the kaduna-Kano line before the end of the year. And they will potentially start on the Ibadan-Abuja section of the project by January 2021, meanwhile the Lagos-Ibadan section will be completed by September once the stations are finished.
Yes I read that this morning...the Ibadan -kano rail line is a welcome development..it's expected to commence in August.. Also I heard he has giving approval for itakpe-Ajaokuta rail.
Kazikazi: Yes Addis might be our own Beijing kind of city. But again,We shouldn't try to have a long term projections on any African nation.Things change too quick in Africa.Few years back, everyone spoke about Angola.Same applies to Sudan. Let's wait and see. But I, as a TZ man,I can confidently say, never and never again rule out TZ when talking of Africa's upcoming superpowers.
TZ has the potential undoubtedly but I doubt you will surpass Ethiopia that would soon cement her position in the east and Africa as a whole... TZ would be behind Ethiopia leading the east as east Africa second largest economy..
You're deceiving people, that pic under construction does not resemble any of those in renders. We have a lot of these in Kenya, but ours of course usually turns out to be perfect than the renders image.
Stop using my lines and be creative...
This new noise on actual construction not matching render is just a boring as your life gets... And stop saying what you don't know..you know nothing about nigeria..that is the same project as seen in the render image.....
Now show me the lots of this that you have outside nairobi..so far I know what you had that was remotely close to this died on the prototype board and that was that machakos project..
Shma: I just gave a full aerial view that captures all the section, and I can tell kakamega is better than port Harcourt.
You didn't give me anything...Nigeria cities are not keep tan cities where you have pics and videos all over the internet..it's a strategy you use in selling your tourism potential we on the other hand don't value those thing since our leisure tourism is not developed....
You can only see old images of Nigeria cities online..maybe when the a govt commissioned something in an area and took aerial view of that place for the media to publicize...I know what I go through to get up to date images and most time it's always a wasted effort..hence why I don't post too many images..
