Shma:The other image I posted was edited, this one wasn't... |
Shma:Mombasa having more ugly highrise than Abuja doesn't make it better than Abuja...it's not even a standard of development. Your ugly highrise are kind of buildings and plaza you see outside our CBD in places like Area 1 ,wuse, kuje and the rest ....No Tom,dick and Harry is expected to wake up one morning and go build his rubbish in Abuja CBD...the CBD is designed for modern high rise and tower... Haven't you seen the quality of buildings in Abuja CbD now compare to your ugly white and blue building seen everywhere in that market you call a CBD.. You are funny..Abuja is an inland city just like Nairobi and has no need for port....there is not coastal body to build one.... Lol did you just say Mombasa has bigger and better Airport than Abuja...Dude pls don't make me laugh .your Mombasa airport is crappy and ugly as hell..you need to demolished it and build a modern one like Abuja did.. What do you mean by better rail station and Rail...nigga pls, don't lecture me on rails, I should be the one doing that... Mombasa being more tourist than Abuja doesn't make it better developed it becos of that Diani Beach..for instant Namibia and Windhoek recieves the same amount of tourist like DOHA in Qatar but it doesn't make it more developed than Qatar...Doha is on thesame level with Dubai and those Chinese city... It just depends on how you sell your tourism potential to the world.. |
Shma:Once economic activities resumes back then Amin resumes, same goes to c-tower... As for Eko pearl C it's under construction just like A &A tower... |
Shma:Why can't we compare... Just tell me one thing Mombasa have over port Harcourt, just one thing ... |
Shma:Pls stop saying nonsense out of stupid pride and who...that is patriotism gone too far..... Even port Harcourt has more interchange and flyover than Mombasa leave alone Almighty Abuja that is competing with Lagos in that.....that's just a fact.. |
Kuruptnigga:The thing sef just Taya me...why pesin pikin no go fit use E eye take know wetin better pass. |
AskiaHarem:Lol |
Roan7:Nobody go fit settle Ina matter like this oooo.. ![]() #nosettlement ![]() |
Shma:Dude i have watched this video before...it still doesn't change anything. |
Wuoche:What makes you think Kisumu is naturally beautiful than PH.. Besides beauty is one thing..we are talking development.. |
Roan7:He is just one bitter,pained asshole.. |
vankelvin:Houses for the poor |
Wuoche:Mombasa CBD is just thesame as that part of port Harcourt bad neighbourhood..atleast that neighbourhood as bad as it is has a motorable road to move on unlike Mombasa that has completely broken down road in her city centre.....walking in Mombasa gives you this feeling like you are walking in an open air market...you see niggas selling meat and pouring the bloods in your cbd streets.. |
Wuoche:Lol this is so funny..every cities in Africa has places like that...we are talking about the city centre and you are comparing the worst of port Harcourt to the best of Mombasa which is her CBD...can't you seen how demeaning that is.. ![]() |
Wuoche:Port Harcourt never got scared of Kisumu... Tell me that one thing Kisumu has over port Harcourt.. |
gallivant:You are in pain, I know..And I won't stop... Now kill yourself you don't like it or better still suck a nakked plugged wire ![]() |
Just30:That just true...it has become a norm globally...expats are now relocating back to their home country becos of this global economic turmoil..atleast even if they are broke let them be able to register their kids in free school program back home and have access to free health as their citizenry right...cities like Dubai that was built in the back of expat is in big soup as expat makes up to 90% of the cities population..expats are leaving on their number that automatically means Dubai properties is in for serious trouble as locals are to small to demand that much.. |
Roan7:Lol Mombasa city itself is a mess like Mogadishu in Somalia.. little wonder why they will never post ground view if the city but aerial when infact on ground the city is road-less,filthy, and looks like an slaughter house...and all this is seen in the city centre yet they tell you EA (Kenya's) especially is better than WA cities....watch this videos on their city centre then later I will come with what is called their best neighbourhood in Mombasa.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkmVEkUqBGo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWMj_8S9uhw |
Wuoche:Pls do |
Just30:Demand for property has dropped..they now have a glut in the market... Thanks to covid19 it has worsened the already weak real estate sector...as we all know houses are rented monthly in Kenya but with this current pandemic and lockdown the middle class can't go about their jobs hence they have no money to pay their monthly rental bill..landlords are crying...who would want to invest when properties currently are not paid for.. |
Wuoche:Dude watch this video..this what where I got sensitized about Kisumu...I just screenshoted the CBD aerial view from this video and it's thesame thing you posted...the rest part of the imaginary CBD you are talking about wasn't captured in this video.. except maybe it's exists in your dreams.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGSyHYrV4Qc
|
Just30:I have really dug deep into their real estate sector..they come here to throw cheap lies...little wonder why their affordable housing drama died a natural death in the minds of Kenyans despite the best of incentives their govt gave to investors.. |
Wuoche:You promise what...I don't do aerial videos but drive video... Kisumu is very ,very small and Nakuru is just worse..it's much more smaller.. |
Wuoche:Perphyyou can start by showing Kisumu airport, metro or lift rail..you just name it... Kisumu I think has about three new highway which was recently built and got it first traffic light since inception last year....if I remember correctly like those The Nakuru - Kisumu highway which later feeds into the CBD (a flyover) and also the latest one Kisumu is expecting..the Kisumu-kakamegs road The. |
Wuoche:Dude I have watched countless YouTube videos in Kisumu and I can tell you for a fact that is everything.... Nakuru CBD is even worse..I don't need to walk that one...a stone throw will cover the total length of the CBD.. |
obaaderemi:Irrelevant things..little wonder why the thing has come back to bite them... Their govt told investors that their middle class is ballooning rapidly and the demand for mall spaces is high..fast forward a few yeayr and Investors are crying to the bank..they are having issues of low occupancy rate, coupled with weak purchasing power which automatically translates to lesser shopping..what is still holding their retail sector is tourist and now that covid19 is around tourist are no longer flying in...they would be lucky if they ever experience a serious mall investment like they once had.. |
Wuoche:This is the tiny Kisumu CBD with about 3 buildings but you guys swinging your camera's to different angles to make them appear like they are more...I will walk this CBD in 2 minutes max....
|
Wuoche:Your brothers argued and said it's not...let me show you more All of this pics are heavily edited...most especially that last one where green leave automatically turned brown... What about the skies in the first pics...or the darker green colour of the leaves in the second pics ..even the road in the second pic can't differentiate if it belongs to primary colour or secondary colour.
|
@wuoche this is the real.image if that same place without a single editing....you can tell that the other pics looks better than this one becos of the editing...
|
Wuoche:You are right I will go look for the real images without filter....you see I admitted. |
Wuoche:Yes Sir, they are not just edited but Heavily edited..look at this one below...it's a other image you guys have been parading here...one of your brothers even swore that it is not edited..when it is pretty obvious.
