When something is approved in Nairobi - it means it going to get built. Nobody can pay 2% to architect and 2% to NEMA for enviromental approval just to joke around.

As a rule - when you see a render in kenya - it's not an aspiration - the final product will look like that. That is how good our construction industry is - and there many people buying stuff off-plan. I am currently paying for two houses off-plan - one in vipingo and one in tatu city - because I am sure the final product will look like in Brochure.

Try that in Nigeria - and what they deliver is something else.

Only Dar es salaam have BRT in this side, Kigali have special bus but not dedicated brt lane. Nairobi have it's own world rated brt Kenyans with their Usd 33bil budget are let us down in this one. I don't think Addis have brt system.
