Our government is building nice houses for the slum dwellers, kibera lies on a separate land far from cbd, if our government decides to call it a different county, it's possible. Few days ago I saw slums being demished by excavators on news.

But having said this, it is high time Nigeria ramped up its manufacturing sector. That's what can position us for relevance. Not even agriculture. China will soon lose its status as a cheap labour country. Nigeria should prepare for that alongside other countries that can see the signs. Electricity, road infrastructure and better investment in education should take preeminence from now to the next ten years.(1st step)
