rvp2018:This was when our budget was supposedly at it lowest in the middle of our deepest 2016 recession yet we lead in infastructural construction, with SA trailing behind... Most of the infastructures you see us posting started back then..
|
rvp2018:They are many but you asked if one...let your economy produce individuals or even if it is govt that would build a certain iinfastructure that makes existing in world look like a child play...that way you can be a leader in that . Dangote fertilizer plant...largest in the world Dangote Refinery....Largest single train Refinery on planet earth.. Don't even bother, there is nothing to learn from Kenya other than ballooning slum and re-creating slumpolis... |
theenchanter:He is envious and bitter...simple He shouldn't worry kenya will get there someday..maybe in the next century. . |
Danielnino00:Hollandia milk, peak milk, three crowns all sell below #250 I think..and they are all liquid in tin containers. .. |
obaaderemi:SA rand is worst in africa hit with about 20.6 year -to-date while Egyptian dollar os the best performer on the continent. . Kenya shillings is not far from us. . |
rvp2018:Shut up and choose already..it exists.. Or do I need to repost it for you to choose I know something of this nature doesn't exist in your zoo ![]() Now choose ![]()

68816419:Kenya wants to compete with Nigeria, then show us something like this...the only one they have was a Chinese Ponzi scheme tested in a broad daylight... Kenya can't match this.. |
AskiaHarem:Lol one guy in the comment section said he was in class six when he heard of it and now he is 29 year yet nothing has happened...another said it should be completed in the next 200 years the rest said it is a political game meant to decieve the masses..they said nothing is going on there..Even alaro city of yesterday and Anambra millennium city of yesterday has more activities on site than that political media joke.. ![]() |
Baliv254:Yes it is dead...the last time you posted a video from cham media about konza sometime last year..they were still in thesame stage... Since 2009 all you have to show for this project is a tea farm ![]() |
Baliv254:Nah it is Kenya that can't match Nigerian anything. Shut up .most at times we really try to ignore you guys but it can be really hard as you guys tend to call us out with very annoying phrases like "no city in WA can match this" "Nairobi is more developed than Lagos" "show me an estate like this in West Africa" "show me a beach like this in WA" "show me a mountain like this in WA", "show me tea farm like this in WA"..are we suppose to keep shut and watch you wallow in ignorance..Even the ghanians that tried ignoring your noise by not posting. Ya'll ended up saying it's a dwarf slumpolis..so you see we have no option.. I remember last year taymashri had the guts to compare nairobi with algeirs and Tehran only for that Algerian guy to come an drop a link of cities he has posted about Algeria on NL...you've done thesame thing to SA and now they are posting...suck weak memory just shut up and stop flattering your stupid self..you suck... Now back to Athi river...lol you posted this 52 apartment estate to represent Athi river...lol dude Athi river is just like huruma, a vertical slum.you are so mediocre like the rest of your country men..why not post the real Athi river with those pathetic ugly public buildings from the 70's that has been left to decay and transform into a slum..do you want to see the real Athi river not this new estate.. |
rvp2018:Shut up dude...milk is not expensive in Nigeria.... Most good milks consumed by commoners are mostly below $1 with very good quality and nutritional benefits.. |
68816419:Allow me post the full report so rvp can read and be bitter... ![]() The Ajaokuta–Kaduna–Kano Natural Gas Pipeline (AKKP) is a planned pipeline to transport natural gas from Ajaokuta, in Kogi State to Kano, in Kano State, through several states and urban centers, as part of the Trans Nigeria Gas Pipeline. The $2.5bn investment from Sinosure will see new gas power plants in Abuja (1,350Mw) Kaduna (900Mw) and Kano ( 2,350Mw) spring up. The financiers said they're optimistic about the return on investment. The pipeline originates in Ajaokuta and proceeds in a general northeasterly direction through Abuja Federal Territory, Kaduna, to end at Kano, a total distance of approximately 614 kilometres (382 mi).[1][2][3] This pipeline is intended to establish a connection between pipeline networks in the eastern, western and northern regions of Nigeria. The project strives to utilize the country’s abundant natural gas resources to sustainably supply gas to northern Nigeria. The development is expected to reduce the quantity of gas flared in the country's oil fields and thus improve air quality. The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), announced tenders for this project in July 2013. The Cabinet of Nigeria approved the project in December 2017 NNPC has executed contracts for the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and financing for Lots 1 and 3 of the 40inch by 614km Ajaokuta – Kaduna – Kano gas pipeline and stations with a consortium of indigenous and Chinese companies under a 100% contractor financing model. Dr. Maikanti said that the project will also help to reduce gas flaring in Nigeria and encourage diversification of energy resources in the country. He also reaffirmed the Federal Government’s plan to also extend the West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) to Morocco and commended PETAN for its contribution to the development of the Nigerian petroleum industry. The Nigeria Morocco Gas Pipeline (NMGP) designed to be 5,660km long, will reduce gas flaring in Nigeria and encourage diversification of energy resources |
68816419:Naija and brains..... Such cannot be seen in kenzoo ![]() |
68816419:It's looks really modern..... Rvp can show me something like this and stop all this noise about Kenya having better infastructures... inferiority complex and bitterness is killing him. |
68816419:This is great...we can do more.. 10,000 lute is too meagre..I guess this is a start.. |
jl115:Windhoek is beautiful and developed..I agree but it's seems more or less as a town...a classroom is most time more populated than the CBD so expect absolutely cleanliness... A friend of mine that was there...said it's has certain similarities with Capetown... |
AskiaHarem:Is this about that Egyptian Nile River that Ethiopia wants to use in building their dam?... Kenya couldn't even support their next door neighbour.. |
jl115:Yeah you should.
|
gallivant:Stop lying to yourself...Kenya is not safe either... Hypocrite
|
Kazikazi:They are all ahead of SA in both economy and infastructure..turkey for instance is has a pop of about 84m with a GDP of almost $800bn while SA has a pop of 60m with a litter over $300bn....the difference is widely clear.. |
rvp2018:Slums are const antly destroyed in Lagos...this year alone before covid19 2 slums was destroyed and one is scheduled to be destroyed after corona....even last year about five was destroyed... The important thing is destroying it and re building affordable housing for them otherwise expect the slum to be re-created in another corner.. |
popizaino:That is a perfect description of what rvp calls integrated slumpolis when they have numerous place like that in Nairobi.. |
Austine1213:True |
rvp2018:You've been astro projecting right from page 1 just so you can feel better about kenya...if this gives you comfort I don't know... You have 4 million plus pop living in Nairobi with about 2.5m regarded to be living in slumm.that should tell you alot about the sorry state of nairobi.....I mean you were the same person exalting Eastleigh as some sane environment for average nairobians only for me to find out that it is a filthy vertical slum just like huruma.. Now that what I call slumpolis... Eastleigh is an example...I will try looking for another neighbourhood afrikan traveler once posted...I have forgotten the name of that place but it's looked looks like a replica of Eastleigh...your cbd's and estates account for the remaining 1.5m that doesn't live in slum... As for Lagos expect the population to drop with this new rails connecting Lagos to Ibadan and Abeokuta...that will massively move industries, companies and population there over the next 10 years....imagine living in Ibadan but working in Lagos..after the days work you hop on the next train to Lagos from either Ibadan or Abeokuta...that how great cities were developed... |
rvp2018:More if the ugly faded roads in a shiity environment..I will research those neighbourhood you listed individually. |
gallivant:Skyscraper can be modern and it's can also be an hideous slum...same goes for low-rise and highrise... The bottom line is to keep it ultra modern...I mean either of the three... |
Kazikazi:That city does not look like anything in Africa...just look at the skyscrapers and modernity... |
jl115:FACTS...Rvp has just being arguing with his usual noise amidst the truth.... He can kiss my ass ...KDF is no match to our millitary...and that's just basic, plain fact.. |
rvp2018:Shut up and face the fact...stop deflecting
|
Mkenya2019:I pity you...you celebrate mediocrity alot..maybe it becos you have less roads to see(you have less than 10,000km or paved road network as a 56 year old nation) so anyone you see you take it as heaven and make sure to know the name....you can imagine you celebrating a single lane road...no wonder Kenyan govt barely build road cos they know for each one they build they get praised for it for like 8 years.. That nonsense you posted cannot be compared to the roads in Owerri... Now you travel in this road and see if your good for nothing country has what it takes to get to this level. . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyO7Tf8_lLY |
Mkenya2019:Mediocrity...the 44km highway is nothing compared to the multiple highways running through Abuja CBD and feeding into airport road.... You guys are too mediocre..go back and watch the video you quote so you can see a world class highway copulat-ing with mother green nature.. |
Mkenya2019:I didn't even read whatever you wrote...but I can tell you for free that you are wasting your time..The whole knows our army is better than anything in Kenya...whether you argue from Somalia to Jerusalem it won't change that reality which is a fact.... |
