Seriously you can't handle blockchina and see the pictures you're posting degrading Winneba which never attacked you.Well for your information Winneba is not considered a city but its a town of 55,000 people and already has a huge university of about 20,000 students with about three different major campuses in three other regions.Winneba itself is a fishing port town and not even among the top three biggest towns in the central region.It has a huge modern fishing coldstore and a very prosperous town with ovcer 80%roads tarred.It has 100% and 24/7 electricity access throughout the town and more peaceful and secured than any coastal town or town Nigeria can think of,modern Category A Winneba Senior High Boarding and Day Senior High School and other private senior high Schools all for a town of 55,000 people and the people are far better off with lowest poverty and hunger level.In fact it doesn't exist in Winneba and next time pick a town or city your own size.I always tell you you will always cry foul when a Ghanaian engage you personally.The ones here are too gentle

South has almost complete what is proposed to be the tallest building on the continent which will be 55 floor there beating their previous record which is 50 floors

Kenya saw and is try to break their record by building 70 floors... (trust me I believe I am not a naive nigerian)

But nigeria has learned from this and has chose to build the tallest in africa called the BUHARI'S TOWER in abuja which will be 76 floors ....46 floor will be for residential unit while 30 will be for office space...


But the same cannot be said for ghana yet you make noise on this forum....go and look for your like togo or benin since your country is not competing

And before you discharge me with sentence like "we don't need it" please do know that world tallest building competition is going on globally your country should not be an exception. ...oh except you cannot afford it like "HOPE CITY" (LAUGHING SARCASTICALLY )

News of the completion of a world-class airport in Ghana is making Nigerians to embark on a compelling tourism trip to Ghana.

Acting Managing Director of the Ghana Airports Company Limited, Yaw Kwakwa, told journalists at a press soirée organised by the Aviation Ministry on Wednesday in Accra that Nigerians are trooping to Ghana to see the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) Terminal 3, which was completed in 2018.

He said by building Terminal 3, Ghana is recording a high number of air travellers from Nigeria.

According to him, people travel from Nigeria just to see KIA Terminal 3.

South Korea will spend Sh10 billion to set up Kenya’s first graduates-only information technology university on a 22-acre plot at Konza Technopolis, Machakos.

The institute, Kenya Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Kenya Kaist), is modelled after the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Korea Kaist).

Kenya Kaist is set to admit its first batch of Masters and PhD students in three faculties —Mechanical, Electrical and ICT Engineering, Chemical Civil and Agriculture Engineering/Biotechnology, and Basic Science Education in 2021.


Visiting Kaist global president Sung-Chul Shin said the facility will train students on industry-specific courses enabling Kenya and the East African region to develop adequate manpower that will provide technological solutions locally.

“Kenya Kaist will be an action-oriented study centre for industry scientific research that uses technology to improve society,” he said when he delivered a public lecture at the University of Nairobi’s Taifa Hall.

Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) chairman Reuben Mutiso said preparation for architectural designs of the institution and curriculum development had been commissioned.
KoTDA chief executive John Tanui said Kenya Kaist will help curb the brain-drain menace blamed on sending students to foreign universities for further training only for them to take up jobs abroad.

“Supply of highly skilled engineers does not match demand as most have left for greener pastures abroad. We need such to upgrade skills and equip Kenyans with new knowledge that meets both traditional and emerging areas of industrial and technical development,” said the CEO.

Mr Tanui said that infrastructure development was set for completion within the next 42 months which will see the building of headquarters and residential houses as well as water, electricity and sewer lines connected to the facility.

“Kenya is spending Sh40 billion to make Konza investor-ready as requested by global tech companies which plan to put up campuses to host research labs and manufacturing units.”

And that's how you build a Knowledge based economy!
