forget the gimmick, restructuring will never happen in nigeria....it's just a political talk and a way to lure the people into thinking we are one and all will be fine...

PoliticsRestructuring Will Take Place In Nigeria If We Take The Right Step by Samsonyte(op): 12:54am On Feb 10, 2018
Standing with Restructuring. Country that
want restructure must not lack unity, but we
lack unity in Nigeria, so now that we lack
unity, What can we do to restructure, is to
go back to Regionalized system of
government , Regionalise simply means
each nation operating at it's own pace of
development by having their own natural
resources endowed which will serve as their
major source of income. without any
allocation and revenue from the central
authority. As it was noted Nigeria practised
regionalism in 1946 to 1951 under Richard
constitution, under unitary system of
government , it was also practiced under
Macpherson and lytelleton constitution in
the 1950s under federal system of
government, Even after the independence
constitution till 1966 it was practiced, After
the military intervention of 1966 when M. G
Obasanjo was to hand over power to the
civilian in the 2nd Republic drafting a new
constitution between 1977 and 1978 put an
halt to regionalism in Nigeria. Nigeria need
to go back to regional system of government
if we want a real restructuring to take place
in Nigeria. This will refrain us from keeping
the same set of rogues parading themselves
as politicians.

TheHistorian:
Good one you didn't act all-knowing for some people would rather not seek for necessary advice when taking critical steps that determine/dictate their future.

First thing First,UI retains my choice of institution for you as its admission credibility is second to none in Nigeria, not leaving out the nobility that accompanies its "studentship" like-wise the bragging right of being a student of THE FIRST AND THE BEST. wink

Now to the choice of discipline,I am oblivious about how intellectually competent you are so as to draw assumptions on your ability in passing excellently the next PostUTME in UI.But based on your (woeful performance) claim this year,I will implore you apply for ECONOMICS EDUCATION as its applicants are relatively lower than that of the pure theoretical ECONOMICS.

Also Worthy of Note is that,Since you sat for UI's PostUTME this year,I expect you to have gathered enough experience to combat the next UI's PostUTME.You have an added advantage already as you are cognizant of the structural compositions and technicalities of the questions. To Cap it all,You have to start preparations as early as this Month since your UTME score will contribute a total of 50% in your admission chances.

Trust Me....Just learn from your faults, weaknesses and shortcomings this year and come back stronger!
Thanks very much
