@dagboss,u pay toll in a country where there is functional infrastructure not in nigeria where a cabal wants to extort money from pple by doing wht the needful .its our right to have good roads without toll.get that into ur brain.

The business is not illegal but please and please kindly go and register with the NATIONAL LOTTEERY COMMISION ,

If not you stand the risk of being closed down .Is a new commsion in charge of all gaming ,gambling and lottery related businesses.

In as much as i am not in support of illegal structures ,but i think Orji is waking up late.

He should find a way to appraoch this,if not there will be an uproar in that town ,which he might not be able to contain .

I was born in that town and i grew up there , YOU DONT PLAY WITH THOSE TRADERS, there thinking and reasoning is quite different.

I think the writer must have visited port harcourt this past weekend.He tried in his analysis of the works of Rotimi Amaechi.

I live in port harcourt but do my biusinesses outside the town .I think on the average the governor has tried but i will score him very low in road maintenance .Quite good he is opening up new roads but as this goes on he should be able to maintain the existing old roads.Yes,someone may argue that the roads in question are federal roads but they are inland roads that connects one part of the city to the other.E.g.coming from warri to port harcort ,from choba to eleme junction is nightmare.also coming from omagwa to igwurita etche road intersection is a write off.Along eneka road precisely by elimbgu police station is terrible,better assume there is no road there.It took me 5 hours from tank at rumuokwurusi junction to airport ,which naturally is less than 20 minutes on a good day .If all the roads are fully opened ,phc will be an interesting place to live and do business but presently it is a nightmare .I imagine the man hour and resources wasted on the road in traffic on daily basis ,its enormous .Rotimi Amaechi should urgently put in place a scheme that will be maintaining these roads till the new roads under construction are finished.If not the phc citizens will continue to suffer this issue of bad road .
No doubt the young man has really shown an example of how development should be but it seems he has slowed sown drastically after his re-election ,we all know that the rains are also there but at least something can be done to cushion the heavy trauma people pass through on daily basis in  port harcourt .

Areas that need urgent attention :

1.Eliozu junction by ABC bus terminal  the four shoulders of the road .
2.Rumuodara by east west road up to tank at rumuokwurusi.
3.Elimgbu to eneka ( in front of the police station precisely and upwards )
4.Igwurita by etche junction coming from eneka to airport
5.Igbo ecthe road junction by eleme .junction .
6.Artillery junction by okporo road along aba road .

I am not surprised at all .

Akwa Ibom state is surely for PDP.

Reason:Akpabio Godswill has done marvelously well in terms of developing the entire state

I do not see any strong opposition in that state just like Rivers state , so i think the ACN might be going violent just to attract sympathy.

Let the truth be told where it is glaringly clear, PDP governors in some states tried in terms of good governance.

States like Rivers ,Akwa Ibom ,Ebonyi , thats the one i know.

Lets just be sincere to ourselves ,GEJ will have a landslide victory in the elections , reason PDP has more coverage just like MTN.

The northern votes will be shared btw Buhari,Jonathan  and Ribadu ,possibly Shekarau.Then there will be block vote for GEJ/SAMBO  in the south south and south east.when you come to the west ,the votes will also be shared, so you can now work out the mathematics.

Let the northerners relax for once .Its not their birth right to continiously rule.I just think we need to give this man,GEJsome time to see what come sout of his administration , all the opposition making noise if given the mandate wont amke any difference .This is NIGERIA, If you get what i mean .Buhari was incharge of PTF,what happened, we are not in any military regime ,this is democracy and more of politics and not dictatorship.Buhari has to work with the legislators and who are these people,

I have read all your views.The truth of the matter is that the elections were rigged.If it had being free and fair(which is not possible in nigeria) uduaghan cannot win an election in delta state.He is so unpopular due to the ibori stigma and his way of administration .He actually did not do much in delta state during his first tenure.Yes people must have stayed back due to life threatening issues at the polling centres but that does not mean that only PDP memebrs or uduaghan supporters went out to vote .or are they not also afraid to die.

PDP rigged the election because they are  quite desperate.I dont rule out the hand of the presidency in this matter.GEJ would not be comfortble loosing DELTA state,he might not like the candidature of uduaghan but he had no choice than to support him.But he failed to understand that even if Ogboru wins at the re-run ,niger delta would  still support him at the presidential ,though he does not want to take chances.

When Maurice was the INEC chairman,people were calling for his head ,now JEGA seems to be worse than maurice.This simply proves a fact stated by maurice then that its very difficult have a free and fair election in nigeria with the kind of politicians we have in the country ,where a serving senator will lead a gang physically to hijack ballot boxes and attack innocent corpers,just to rig an election .

Lets just pray that one day  all these would be put to a stop .if uduaghan has concience let him change from his old ways and deliver dividends of democracy to deltans.Let him learn from states like rivers and Edo.I guess he would even be surpised he won.

To Great Ogboru  and supporters i say ,You are the man ,you have fought a great battle but the system is so corrupt and riotten that i wonder if its only God that can condcut a free and fair election in nigeria.

Declare a state of emergency in abia.Aba is lawless,umuahia is just ungovernable.Kidnappers everywhere now armed robbers,all the good men have left the state .The state is now in the hands of the eveil men both in and outside the government.

My people,let us be realistic .Iwu is not the problem of nigerian politics and electoral process rather the politicians and the electorate.

Fine and good his tenure has expired,but one thing i like about the man is that he kept saying it loud and clear, till the nigerian politicians grow up
and become matured when it comes to elections things will never change.Iwu does not carry ballot boxes,iwu does not monitor elections in all the 36 states physically.the electoral laws are heavily flawed.infact the problem is institutional and not that of iwu.

Let us wait and see the magic the  new person will perform.Till the electoral process is reviewed and modified ,things might remain the same .And also our politicians should be electorally matured and understand that personal discipline is a key to perfect election.One man one vote.To rule is not a must.

Total fuel attendants are terrible,followed by conoil,then texaco.I think is safer buying from independent marketers just that they dont sell at the stipulated 65/litr,upon all the money they steal from innocent motorist they still remain attendants.Though there are still few that are very good and disciplined.

I will just say that you have to be very alert whenever you in any of these stations to refuel .
