These people are being punished because they are caught. SW don't condone evil, they punish perpetrators. It's shows SW people are watchful and not blind when heinous crimes as this is carried out. Most crimes like this go unpunished in some places because the law doesn't seem to hold water there. All they do is swear before the gods and that's it, a rapist or criminal goes free. We don't see these reports cos una no get tv stations for una place..
