The reason why Buhari strategically places a FULANI or MUSLIM man as the GOC in Rukuba, Plateau State-- is exactly for these reasons. ONLY a Fulani or a core North Muslim will treat these attacking Fulani Terrorists with kid gloves and clearly REFUSE to go after them in their hideouts in the bushes and hills to wipe them out. Not long ago if you can recall, the same vicinity suffered attacks yet the military refused to respond because they did not have a clear signal "from Abuja" to repel the attackers. When the same attacked natives pick up arms and begin to retaliate against these Terrorist Fulani attackers, the same military responds with lightning speed to arrest, jail and intimidate the victims willing to stand their ground.

Plateau natives would prefer a neutral person as the GOC in Rukuba and that clearly means a Christian Military leader from the South (or the Middle Belt) to assist in the security structures of the state. Certain serious-minded and neutral Southern GOCs in the past who not only arrested and paraded these Fulani Terrorists --but also dared defied Abuja's directive to "release them" to be tried in Abuja....were quickly re-posted out of Plateau State when they stood their grounds.

So we all know the shenanigans being played at the Federal Level to enforce crimes and Terrorism by these Fulani Herder Terrorists.

There needs to be a very serious overhaul and restructuring on how the security framework of this country works. Since the National Assembly is comatose and lethargic.... the continuous shedding of innocent blood might force a very bloody Revolution to effect that reality.

If they charge #300 in my area of Port Harcourt, what makes you think in Ekiti they can charge #200. Meanwhile from my area to Rivers state Government House is a 15 minutes drive. So that you don't have the notion that I stay in the interior area of Rivers state.

We often time downplay the importance of cost leadership strategy.

And also do take heed that as challenging as our power supply situation is, there are some area that have a minimum of 7hours power supply in a day in Nigeria. So if the barber doesn't make money through his generator, he just might compensate for the loss with public power supply.

Though barbers shop varies. We have the high brow barbers shop were you spend 2k in barbing your hair. And such barbers shop are targeted at high heeled in the society. But the barbers shop that is littered on major street in Port Harcourt charges #300 for adult haircut. And they still break even. They have the cost advantage to themselves. And the law of demand work to their advantage. Beside it takes less than 6minutes at minimum to barb low cut. So the price of fuel does not even suffice.

Where I cut my hair the dude pays rent for the shop and still use from the proceed that emanate from his barbers shop to pay his house rent and fund his lifestyle.

What I merely did was to state the price that is applicable in my area to cut hair. And I mentioned that the price could vary from location to location and state to state. So the guy could be right if he stays in state like Osun or Ekiti were the per capital income is relatively low.
