What is the assurance that your guy will pay back the 10k (×2 of what she asked) in stipulated time? that's if he ever pays and not come up with stories that touch the kidneys.
am not in support of what he did, neither am I against it, but one thing we should know is that, it's his money,n he can lend who ever he wants to.

I asked her to come over to my place and she did, we went out together and get some stuffs and we head back home(my place). So, I decided to ask her out one on one in my place and she said NO, she's still finding it difficult to go into another relationship.. When she left my place for her house just two byke away, someone stole her phone from her bag(she called me to tell me) the bag was open by the time she got home.

My question now is, should I ever think of getting her a phone? I still don't know my stand in her life, I really love the girl but ain't acting like a simp whatsoever.. But the fact that she lost her phone after leaving my house is what bothers me.

Please what should I do?

CrimeJapan Executes Three Prisoners In First Hangings Since 2019 by Samuelriano1(op): 11:35am On Dec 21, 2021
Japan hanged three prisoners on
Tuesday, its first executions in two years,
with the government saying it was
necessary to maintain capital punishment
in the face of continued “atrocious
crimes”.
Japan is one of the few developed
countries to keep the death penalty, and
public support for capital punishment
remains high despite international
criticism, especially from rights groups.
More than 100 people are currently on
death row in Japan, most of them for
mass murder. Executions are carried out
by hanging, usually long after sentencing.
One of the three executed on Tuesday
was Yasutaka Fujishiro, 65, who used a
hammer and knife to kill his 80-year-old
aunt, two cousins and four others in
2004, a justice ministry spokeswoman
told AFP.
The other two were 54-year-old Tomoaki
Takanezawa, who killed two clerks at an
arcade game parlour in 2003, and his
accomplice Mitsunori Onogawa, 44.
The executions were the first under
Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, who took
office in October.
“Whether to keep the death sentence or
not is an important issue that concerns
the foundation of Japan’s criminal justice
system,” deputy chief cabinet secretary
Seiji Kihara said.“Given that atrocious crimes keep
occurring one after another, it is
necessary to execute those whose guilt is
extremely grave so it is inappropriate to
abolish capital punishment.”
Members of the Japan Federation of Bar
Associations “strongly protest” Tuesday’s
executions, the body’s president Tadashi
Ara said in a statement.
Ara urged the government to “abolish
capital punishment and stop all
executions until it is abolished”.
– Half a century on death row –
Japan executed three death row inmates
in 2019 and 15 in 2018 — including 13
from the Aum Shinrikyo cult that carried
out a fatal 1995 sarin gas attack on the
Tokyo subway. For decades, authorities have told death
row inmates just hours before an
execution is carried out.
Two prisoners are suing the government
over the system, which they argue is
illegal and causes psychological distress.
The pair are also seeking compensation
of 22 million yen ($194,000) for the
distress caused by living with uncertainty
about their execution date.In December 2020, Japan’s top court
overturned a ruling blocking the retrial
of a man described as the world’s
longest-serving death row prisoner,
raising new hope for the now 85-year-
old.
Iwao Hakamada has lived under a death
sentence for more than half a century
after being convicted in 1968 of robbing
and murdering his boss, the man’s wife,
and their two teenaged children.
But he and his supporters say he
confessed to the crime only after an
allegedly brutal police interrogation that
included beatings, and that evidence in
the case was planted.
Worldwide, at least 483 people were
executed last year in 18 countries,
according to rights watchdog Amnesty
International.
That represents a drop of around a
quarter from the year before, and fits a
downward trend since 2015.
The figure does not, however, include
the “thousands” of executions believed
to have been carried out in China, which
keeps such data secret, along with North
Korea and Vietnam.
Japan and the United States are the only
members of the G7 group of developed
countries that still use the death penalty.

Have been reading comments on this post for the past 3days now and didn't see the need to comment until now. Well, my humble advise to you should be that you consider an African country like you stated in the main post and in that case, like somebody has commented i will advise you to look in the direction of Kigali Rwanda. That country is doing so well now that i was told of a man who have lived in that Mexico your sister is advising you to save money for, for many years now who is planning of relocating to Kigali Rwanda. So even if you have up to 2.500,000 i will still advise you to go for an African country. So research and look in that direction. God help you.
thanks boss. I really appreciate. I will plan well.i really appreciate

The person above me has given you the right advice.

As you are still serving, start learning soft skills with that you can migrate easily to anywhere later.

I will also say you should consider an Africa country first.
Rwanda and Namibia seems cool, read people's experience on NL to gain more knowledge.

Research and plan extensively before moving to another country.
Finally, invest that money so you won't be tempted to spend it on bet which may not go well.

All the best!
but i specified on my post that I preferred African countries, I only said what my sis advised me to do, that's where mexico came into place, but you guys are making it sound like I don't know what am saying. my plans are African countries, not south American countries.i know fully well that 2.4m naira is nothing compared to dollars. thanks for your contribution also

I have been to Mexico though I don't live there. There is nothing there economically speaking. Mexicans themselves are risking their lives flocking to the Unites States illegally for greener pastures and getting apprehended at the U.S - Mexican border. Your sister who told you to go to Mexico or Columbia, what does she know about these Spanish speaking countries anyway? Or is the goal to go and push drugs? There are no jobs for Blacks in these countries. The Mestizos otherwise known as Hispanics will consider their own over any Black person. So what is the point of going to these countries?

I am always so disappointed that the average Nigerian /African is so darn ignorant of how other racial groups perceive Black/African people. When you cannot land a job due to language barrier and racial bigotry and you run out of funds, then what? Let me guess. You will then begin to do what many Nigerian men who migrated without a concrete plan and sufficient funds do, which is to start selling drugs.

2.4 million Naira is not a large sum of money outside Nigeria and/or Africa. I am speaking from experience. With the rising rate of inflation, your money will be finished before you know it. And, getting a permanent residency permit even for developing countries takes time. So, do you have enough money to pay for rent, electricity, phone bill, food, internet, etc until you get your papers? These are valid questions and things you should consider before traveling so far away from home. At least if you stay within West Africa, if you run out of funds or things don't work out for you as you had thought, you can catch a bus and return back to Nigeria. But if you're far away in South or Central America or Mexico, then what happens when you run out of funds? Think about it before you waste your life and destiny. Don't migrate just for migrating sake. Migrate wisely. Take risks if you must but not foolish risks that could derail your destiny. My 2 cents.
why are you like this na guyhuh? like I said in the post, AFRICAN COUNTRIES. I know 2.4m to dollars is not a huge sum.i just said what my sis told me, I never said I would go for hers.now you are making is sound like my main idea was south America, I rather not listen to people like you who can't communicate without making one angry or feel bad.thanks allot once more for your contribution.do have a nice day

Africa may not be good for you as a migrant, partly because most of the economies are unstable, weak and not well-run. Mexico, as your sister suggested may be a good step, despite not yet a developed country, yet it's better than most African Countries. Drug Cartels and gangs? sure it's a problem there, yet in truth, the situation is not bad as most paint it. Goodluck and i hope you carry us allong your sojourn.
Thanks allot boss, I really love your response. it shows maturity and sincerity. once again thanks so much, and I promise not to soil our name, when i eventually leave the shores of Africa.

I made a decision, n concluded that if I loose I loose, and yes I got lucky.if I hadn't won, I would have moved on. life is all about stupid risks, or do you think I would have committed suicide if I had lost?? now I won, and I can boldly say I am 4 to 5 step ahead 60% of my peers that we graduated with. am not boasting, but am a risk taker.
