cover letter on your MIL's behalf explaining to the visa officer what she does. - we did explain what she does, even provided pics of her pastoring, church registration and all- the church has an account . I even doubt if they read the cover letters.

We will be providing her statements and she does have much more than that in her account to be fair
I'm thinking out loud here, I take it the church doesn't have an account? That could be proof of church's existence. - so do you suggest we provide the church's statement too? - she has it on request

I came to the forum to complain how frustrated I was with Paga for taking too long to verify my account and upgrade it. This guy I quoted,(@NomzyJust) emailed me and we exchanged WhatsApp numbers...he encouraged me to try calling Paga customer care
A very great guy and I’ll make sure to meet him in person in UK to appreciate him in person...he’s a good friend I need to keep.

Goodday House, please my programme is for 1year MBA and I want to pay for standard application.
From my calculations through the ukvi website my IHS fee is 705 pounds but my friend making same payment said she paid more than that...985pounds. she tried explaining it to me with the extra 6months addition on the visa...
I also made her understand that it's incorporated in the 705 I'm paying.
So please can someone clarify this for me ,so I so don't mk mistakes.

Hi. Thanks for your response. I followed this link and I was asked if the applicant had a Tier 2 visa or works with the NHS. I chose No for both questions and I was shown the screenshot below.

Good evening Justwise , Mimilyrics , lagosismyhome , mattfeuter , tobexin , stenon and other well meaning contributors in the house.

My little cousin is in a dangerous predicament. He's currently applying for his Bachelors in a London uni and is almost done. Himself and I filled his application together while being guided from time to time by his elder brother who is already over there living with their mum. We have already filled the application form and his elder brother has paid the IHS fee using his card. However, before we paid the application fee, I asked my cousin to review the application for the final time. It was in the course of this that he discovered that 2 severe errors were made:

i. We stated that he'd already paid fees to the school for accommodation purposes (which is false)
ii. We stated that he has no relatives in the UK (which is false as his mom and cousin currently reside legally in the UK, albeit temporarily)

My cousin in the UK advised that we start a new application and see if we're able to link the IHS reference number we were issued from the abandoned application to the new one. But alas, there was no such option when we got to that stage.

This is where the problem lies, what is our fate at this stage, do we forfeit the amount already paid and pay a fresh fee? Is there anyway the IHS money paid can be refunded? If yes, how do we go about it?

Complement gentlemen. Pls I need your advice, my cousin's resumption date is May 2021 at Northumbria University. His fee is £7200, his friend in Uk said he can help him pay for the fees, all he needed to do is to transfer the Naira equivalent to his account. He said banks will take longer time to process if he chooses to that route. He charged him £1 for 635 Naira. The guy has helped him paid the £7000 to the school, and he has also transferred the naira equivalent to him. I was mad when he told me. Gentlemen, Can he write to the school that he wants a refund of his fee that the person that paid the school cheated him, since his resumption is May. After the refund he can now go to the bank to pay. This whole incidence happened on the 21 Dec 2020. Pls I need advice!

Hello just wise and other gurus.
I am applying for my mum’s visit visa to UK (2nd visit to UK).
Part of the mandatory documents is “evidence of funds clearly available and accessible by you”.
On the application , we stated we ll be completely sponsoring her trip, even though she runs a small catering school and her closing balance currently is around 250k due to low patronage due to the pandemic.
Pls do I have to transfer the total cost of her visit into her account , so that she can clearly show evidence of these funds in her account?

Thanks, but details about flexi on their website state that "You can arrive at the Visa Application centre at any time during opening hours on the day of your appointment" DOES IT MEAN I CAN ONLY DO FLEXI on 4th January, 2021 which
is my appointment date. OR I will just walk in there tomorrow and have it done.

Sorry to bother you please. Just don't want to risk about 4hours journey
