It will be political suicide for a democratically elected president to anger the senate or its leaders....
it would rather be a political sucide for the senate or senator who offend pmb, the senate constitute majority of northerns and yorubas. Its political sucide when a northern is percieved to be against pmb to their people. Youruba are with him

This is the dreadful buhari era, remember 83,84 dont be decieved by his agbada. He is still the man who can divorce his only wife for lowing his standards

u knw nothing, edo is minority like other south south states and nt as popolus as even ijaws. If edo was to be a majority tribe with enough sophistication it would have long broker its path. Enahoro never choosed to use his minority tribe as lab rats, he understood the dynamics of that war. Edo would continue to prefer the nigeria state just like other SS states in the absence of SS secession or EDO seccession. Edo and the SS would never go in biafra(a dream to enslave and subdue the minorities in every aspect)

you guys are the biggest jokers ever, you want to add other peoples territory to yours and force yourselves down their throats. Y"all should go sit and re-strategies, I see from your comments you seriously have a long way to go. You cant come and dominate other groups, all you have to do is ask your ibo speaking brothers and sisters in other State to migrate to Biafra its as simple as that. You cant take over other States because of your selfish interest and ambition. What will now happen to people that don't speak ibo in those States, they are irrelevant right? You guys are just been stupid and daft.
Bunch of clowns, want to force theirselves on a minority and claim its lands. Ths is no different frm what the fulani hausa are doing, biafra would be worst with just a single majority teaming up to gang rape a minority who would have no where to run to. The whole world knws the plan. Its a pity the SS isnt having a one tribe system or a big bro state to wade them off. But the other SS STATES and the FG would defend its territory. The brainwashed maggots are the ones screaming biafra. The ojukws and their elders understand the impossibility of it. For nigeria to go to civil war for it, nt to talk of conceeding its oil state to an enemy country is even worse. At the end of the day the igbos are neither here or there, screaming marginalisation and loosing the sympathy of all

JUST TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT. Edolities arent bothered one bit on the dreams which a group of person(biafra) choose to foam about in their mouth. Its doa. Ojukwu has appoloised for wasting the nation resources used in killing his lab rats and regretted his decision. The ONLY ISSUE EDOLITES AND SS have with biafra is the noise and nussiance they make abt their aggitations. If u brave enough go to war with ur 'zoo' country and stop constituting disturbance to nigeria airways, forums and lithering the place. If u cant go to war go to UN to submit petition. The nigeria govt has a right to defend its internal and external territory and its at no time ready to grant biafra referandum Not becos biafra is so relevant to nigeria but becos it understand the complexity of what it want(SS LAND AND OIL). Are you pained because I told you the truth? I insist stop including states not in South East to your Biafra, its not helping you and it will never help you. Excerpt you are asking the igbos in other States to migrate and come join you guys, its ok. You cant claim a land that's not yours.
dont worry abt their dreams. Its non existent. Their are two ways to it, another civil war which they cant. Or a referandum to opt out which would never happen, i dont see any yoruba or hausa fulani (even gej didnt give them SS LAND) calling 4 that. Nt becos they are so relevant but because they(biafra) would ask for SS LAND AND OIL and nt emigrants. U Can see the politics why an igbo man has never and will never become president. They cant be trusted with ths. Igbo can keep wailing margilization and wish for a non existent
PoliticsRe: View Of BIAFRA From An EDO Perceptive by sandraokosun(op): 5:44pm On Sep 16, 2015
igbos can continue dreaming on a non existence hope. Their only voice is on a non existence forum. Studying maps of 1640 and analysing eastern region with lord lugard means nothing. Alot have changed. Even the Minority SS states have a hand full dealing with their diversity as close as they remain, talkmore of going back to slavehood under a colonial master that want to dominate them. They best biafra can hope for is to get its emigrants back, that is if a miracle of referandum happen. But to get any part of SS LAND along with it is beyound impossible. Gej a SS, never allowed even a shadow of referandum, and that is the closet hope to biafra. ss, the nigeria state, the nigeria govt would reject it

That's why these Igbo and Yoruba fools continue to take us for granted. Because we aren't concerned about controlling the whole South South.. anyways my brother, let these Biafran rodents build their new country. We should network on how to make Edo an El Dorado. We should focus our energy on how to upgrade our situation since corrupt politicans and Osho don't want to help.
my bro It is indeed pathetic that our race is now their laughing point of wheither relevant or nt. We had the opportunity with anthony enahoro to position us to lead the SS during seccesion. Again we had the opportunity with augustus aihkomu as vice president to ibb to share the state well and position us. Again with tony anenih though nt with that power of the former. Today even igbos would have shivered

First of all there is nothing like SS REGION, what there is is SS geopolilitical zone which was created during the regime of president Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida alongside other zones. What we had were 3 regions (North, West and East) before the fourth was added which was the midwestern region.

If you think Edos have a right to say the Biafrans should leave the SS Zone then the Biafrans have the right to tell Edos and any other to leave the defunct Eastern Region alone. If you have to lay claim to anywhere it's your midwestern region. So stop being hate filled, Biafrans have no business with you and where you come from. And by the way who made you the mouth piece for the entire SS zone? Goshhhh! many are gonna have heart failures when a referendum is conducted and they see the result.

RIP to your sister.
ths is nigeria, thank God u acknwoledge the expect to fight the Nigeria state(civil War) the only way to biafra is referendum which is impossible. The closet to it was gej even with national conference he deleted that.

Finally, I don't really know if this OP is really Edo, but the truth is that there have been to many verbal attacks on Biafra by acclaimed Edo people on this forum, that Edo can nolonger be ignored, especially since the real Edo people on this forum have refused to disown these people and disassociate Edo from those verbal attacks.
edo is one and libral. Evidence it voted for pdp president and apc governor, house of assembly. The only reason why edo and the SS concur to an extent with igbo is on gej, but to loose EDO OR SS lands to igbo. The SS resist that, when the real war comes. Ths is just mere noise of biafra attempting to secced SS LAND

We are nt against break up, but every region should fight for its independence alone. We knw the war is never easy and we are nt ready for experiment, if BIAFRA can fight for their freedom, good, they we knw we shld fight for ours.

Edo should leave our region( Eastern region) alone, they should also leave our lands, Igboland( comprising of all Igbo speaking communities in Edo, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Rivers) alone.

We are not against Edo remaining part of Arewa-Odua republic, we are just saying that they should stay with their Oodua cousins and leave us alone.
now i understand what ths biafra talk is abt. Biafra nt only want its emigrants who speak the corrupted version of igbo and have more origin with their new origin in the course of evolvment, biafra also want to carve out oil lands of these emigrants that belong to the occupant origin states,Trust me that would neve happen, its a big joke, the only reason u hearing biafra its becos the SS felt it stood by gej. When the real struggle( SS LANDS) comes SS itself would never secced its land to igbo. And nt to forget the yoruba or hausa race even as presidents would never allow that. That may be another civil war, and i guess thats the reason igbos havent been trusted as president

well there are millions of Igboids in the SS and that gives Igbos the authority to speak about the SS because of their kith and kin in the Niger delta
of course just take the immigrants and let SS be. That shldnt be a problem, instead of the hypocrisy big brother role
PoliticsRe: View Of BIAFRA From An EDO Perceptive by sandraokosun(op): 1:05pm On Sep 16, 2015
@truth yeah, we edo remain part of the SS REGION, and have the right to defend our coalation against invaders. Just as we cant meddle in the northern states,(arewa) yoruba states(oduduwa congress) igbo(biafra). Dont meddle in naija delta affairs
PoliticsView Of BIAFRA From An EDO Perceptive by sandraokosun(op):
first i dont do impersonation of monikers, am an edo man, and the moniker is just a remberance of my sister i lost. Back to topic.
I speak for all edolites and to a big percent of the SS. We edolites no matter our differencies of bini, esan, afemai, agree that if at all their is a seccesion we want to be neutral at best form our alliance with the SS ALONE. We have common origin with delta frm bendel days, to bayelsa and rivers with the ikas and efons plus we have many ijaw settlements. We believe that succession if it exist, every tribe just be of its accord and nt force another to it becos it thinks that tribe is Indebted to it. Otherwise that would be another slavery in another seccession. Every state has intra ethnic conflict even within it eg ijaw, urhobo. Not to talk of a major ethnic group conquering it again, because of what it hopes to benefit. We as Edo have the right to say the BIAFRAS should leave our SS REGION alone, it shouldnt disturb our unity and rub us into war, Biafra should concentrate on their IGBO STATEs. We are nt against break up, but every region should fight for its independence alone. We knw the war is never easy and we are nt ready for experiment, if BIAFRA can fight for their freedom, good, they we knw we shld fight for ours. With the SS DIVERSITY, even if other SS states still wish to further go alone, we are ok. We hear talk of nigeria is ZOO, THE ZOO MUST FALL. But those cowards only bear their talk on a faceless forum, hoping for a demonstration of the gullible who want to die. As long as the EAST pledge its absolute surrender to the NIGERIA STATE after the civil war. The president of the NIGERIA STATE have the right to defend its STATE against internal or external aggression. As we speak we have more igbos who by the way dont give a hoot about BIAFRA living in lagos and other nigeria states than the number of igbos living in IGBOLAND. Finally it remains an ABERATION AND CONTRADITION THAT THE GREATEST FORCE BEHIND THE ILL FATED PROGECT BIAFRA (ojukwu) led his LAB RATS to the war, abscounded, gallavanted, returned to surrender all to the NIGERIA STATE, and later begged to be president of the same NIGERIA STATE, a dream he died without fulfilling, giving him two greatest regrets to choose from whether @his madness that killed his people @the foolishness of begging to be president of a state he went to war with.
