The political war is raging and people will die for nothing. Say no to all forms of electoral violence. The politicians using you will never use their immediate family.
Politics / Re: Obasanjo Is A Father To Me And I Am His First Political Son - GEJ by Sanguine77(m): 11:35am On Feb 21, 2015
Obj is behaving like a nagging woman throwing tantrums and seeking for attention from her man. Obj is bitter tht he hs been sidelined in PDP and the Nigerian politics @ large. Jonathan is wise for saying that cos its actually true and it will help soften the hard stance of the retired general. Obj is playing double game: if Buhari wins, he will say I supported him and if Jona wins, he will say I worked for you behind the scene. After all Nigerians have short memories.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think d electoral act states election must hold 30 DAYS before the handover date right so I think INEC has still acted within d electoral act.. INEC has always stated their preparedness in holding d election but d security agencies have claimed not to be ready. Postponement isn't cancellation... People should realise dat use their head...
You are correct. The 30 days will still be intact before handover based on the date of the election. God bless you.

Bros this your story sef get as e be. If every ibo in Lagos is called on phone to swear into voting APC before collecting PVC, how many Ibos would Fashola/INEC grin call before the can reach out to all Ibos. When you swear sef how would they monitor you till you vote APC??

Very funny story.
I don't say its every Igbo. Most Igbos in Lagos will vote APC, some PDP while others will vote APGA but in some places, many Igbo could not get their pvc.
Politics / Re: Question Of The Day(pic). by Sanguine77(m): 8:08am On Feb 08, 2015
As far as it does not jeopardise the democratic process or run foul of the electorl act and laws of the land, no ish. Though the postponement will definitely affect the plans of parties and the people, it is better to secure lives of the Electorates so that nobody will be murdered by insurgents or be disenfranchised cos of insecurity.

Why is anyone listening to these Mofos. They should go to Anambrabia villages for their PVCs. Beast of no nation we have over tolerated these mofos.
Everytime I hear Okoroji or Apga I feel really insulted.
People like you should not be allowed access to the internet. Why should you insult people who did you no wrong? The Igbo pple are hardworking, peace-loving and travellers. Many of them have lived in Lagos before you were born and if they aspire to govern Lagos state, you go and live in Owerri and aspire to govern there too. Resist every urge to run your mouth and incite with hate speeches. I know of an Igbo guy who went to collect his PVC around Agege when he got a call that if he will swear to vote for APC, he shd come to a location and collect his PVC. There is a calculated attempt to disenfranchise the SE and SS from voting in Lagos. APC is change indeed.

If INEC postponds the general elections, it means 29 May hand over date will be unrealistic according to the electoral act. We may likely have an interim president who will hand over to the presiential election winner. Trouble is brewing. Do not incite with irrational or hate speeches. Politics will come and go but our national interest must be protected. Do not vote for tribe or religion rather for competence, probity and desired change and development.

perry2020:

What made you think I have never gone through hard times, the hardest times sef back then in school when I would be given 5k as monthly allowance I was staying in an hostel were I had to buy food and buying food each day twice daily alone was 6k for the month(not three times daily ooo)(t wasn't even enough for feeding sef not to talk of other things oo),no other money or source of income,i could sell anything sell able(bedsheets, clothes),i made jewelries and sold, liquid soap and sold(aldoe twasnt as if much money was coming in but at least I could use the little to sustain). I cut unnecessary expenses, planned well and had a list of priorities.i knew girls who would go around with sugar daddies and hunt for white men(where are they today? Either dead, used for ritual or battling with stds and hiv, very few, very very few of them end up fine today and it's coz of grace ) Today look at me,am doing so fine and I have never regretted my doings for one day because those situations helped me in becoming who I am today. if I was into prostitution then do u think the grace of God would have been so buoyant in my life.
But girls of nowadays just love showoff, they want to be on 30 inches Brazilian hair and use the latest phones, assessories, latest dresses, shoes and bags even bleaching cream of 15-45k(which are unnecessary).
Well said. There is no justification for evil cos majority participation in a vice does not turn it into a virtue. If your story is true, people should learn from it. Don't blame poverty, conquer it.

The truth is that most Nigerians lie about something at one time or another. Yakubu Aiyegbeni is 32, Buhari is 73, I am 21 even my father attempted GCE. Politicians have been tking us for a ride since 1960. The truth is Buhari may be better but does he have the strength and age to bring about the change we desire?

But only 1% of adults can live without lovers sha, Personally I'm more drawn to Friends with benefit status than the deceit called "dating" which to me simply means 'exclusive friendship for benefits'. Only its more defined...anything before marriage no follow na just fun abi you no agree?
Its alright and we have heard. You raised salient issues though but when your friends with benefits sabi do the do wella, you tend to be drawn to such person and before you know it, you start dating her. Can we live without sex and love in this immoral and pornographic age?

Truth be told, the morale of the Nigerian soldiers is low cos of inadequate weapons to tackle the insurgency, delayed salaries and allowances, victimization of some soldiers, high-handedness of their officers, lack of support for dead soldiers families. The troops are enduring a lot of deprivation and the dagger that did the damage still drips with blood.

This violence against women must stop. I believe there was some ulterior motive in this attack. If you want a woman and she says no, leave her and move on, the better one will come. When I was younger, I experienced rejections from women but now, they pursue me in droves. If you are 21, forget about relationships and girls and focus on your academics or career, thank me later.

The boy should be slammed with a lengthy sentence to serve as a deterrant.

Religion / Re: Are You Happy? (part 1) by Sanguine77(m): 11:28am On Jan 03, 2015
Sanguine77:
Being happy transcends euphemeral bliss. You maintain a facade of happiness; people aspire to be like you. You are gainfully employed where you earn a good salary; you just won a multi-million naira contract; your biz is doing wonderfully well; you just reached the pinnacle of your career; you are a top shot, a consultant, inestimable employee yet happiness eludes you.
You are in a wonderful relationship; your man dotes on you, provides all you need and pays for your vacation twice a year; your woman loves you to pieces yet sadness lingers. You are married to a wonderful spouse who loves you so much you want to cry; lovely and intelligent children who come out tops in school yet behind that smile lies a tormented and unhappy soul.
You have tried smoking, from cigarette to crack; you have dated many people and indulged in wild orgies; you have committed abortions so many times to make your man happy; you hit the bottle so hard that you are drunk even in the morning; you have pursued and acquired knowledge and education and has won accolades for your performances.
The question remains: Are you happy?

I was carried away by the movie carolin shoes, mercy johnson was just making me happy, and I was already enjoying my christmas before this incident. I don't know what to say. I was speechless. Everything got burnt including the meats inside it. The only surviving meat was the ones I fried and didn't put them in the stew. See photos below
I am giving my woman the silent treatment cos she did something similar this morning and she was claming right as well. I had to eat out this afternoon. I want a tasty stew not a burnt one. Say no to excessive watching of tv.

Nobody has a monopoly of violence. If she did not consider her status and went to grab the man's hood, then she is thoroughly served. I know of a guy that a married woman nearly ripped off his hood. The guy is married now and cannot have kids while the woman is happy seeing her own children progress. If a woman grabs my hood and I have a dagger, I will stab her so that both of us will be charged for attempted murder, arrant nonsense.

She is praying for a husband yet she is sleeping with a married man. The thunder that will fire her is doing press up. For you Mr married man, do not come back here to tell us your wife is cheating on you cos karma is a b!atch. Confess to your wife and seek for her forgiveness cos that is the only way you can come clean.
