Meandhim,that was a good advice to lauracares..Testicular biopsy is not something you do like semen analysis.
My own case was primary testicular atrophy.
The microscopic examination shows fragments of testicular tissue with many thick-walled blood vessels.There are a few immatured seminiferous tubules seen that are completely collagenised.The interstitial cells of Leydig are not seen.
The hormonal analysis report is
LH 10.2 1-11miU/ml Normal
FSH 13.8 2-12miU/ml High
Prolactin 4.4 1-7.5miU/l Normal
Testoterone 5.0 6.4-31.6nmol/Low

Sunky644..Congrats too..I pray your second trial comes out easy and that your wife conceive instantly.I believe the reason why this thread has not been moving is because a lot of people in the TTC thread are not aware that a thread like this exist.To an extent,you are right.Most men are finding it difficult to own up and to openly share their challenges.If you are a regular in the TTC thread and alternative TTC thread,you will observe that most women are the one speaking for their husbands.I know a lot that will not hesitate to try your doctor's method,if they get assurance of a lasting solution.
I am yet to get a final solution to my own case which is primary testicular atrophy(azoospermia).I will like to get in contact with your doctor or if possible,you can help me consult him to know if his treatment can make my sperm count increase to a level that can impregnate my wife.
I will be waiting for your prompt response.Thanks.

Heaven on earth greetings to you all.This is a striking testimony during Shiloh 2014 at Winners Chapel,Otta from a woman that has been TTC for 6years(2008).
She had a medical report of not being able to carry 1 baby through 9 months of pregnancy. She eventually carried 4 babies at once through the whole 9 months. The amazement is the wonder of the "MANTLE" she tied on her waist all through the pregnancy and God showed up greatly for her... God be praised!!!!
Let's not be weary in our prayer life.Some of this challenges we are going through could be spiritual challenges,unknown to us.

If i am to go by your story up there and if truly it is real,not doubting it anyway.I will advice you heed to the advice some of our brothers and sisters here have said..Open up to your husband as fast as you can since you have declare here that you no longer have any feelings for your ex.Dont waste anymore time.Before the devil will penetrate your marriage.
Let me give you a true life story that is similar to what you are going through now.A friend that has been married for 4 years now saw his wife's ex naked penis in her phone.According to the wife,she said she does not have any feelings for the guy and the ex got married this year.Her marriage is shaking seriously now.The husband had to report to his father-in-law.
Note:the husband knows about this so called ex.He has warned his wife several times to stop communicating with the guy but she secretly chats with the guy on whatsapp or exchange calls.She deletes the chats and call log after all.My friend said he do tell wife that"nothing is hidden under the sun"That one day monkey will go to market and never return.
His wife attends all church programmes,pray morning and night but does not study the bible well.
I have told my friend to take it calm with his wife if he truly and still loves her.

FOLLOW GOD'S INSTRUCTION!!!
A couple trusting God to give them a child went to see a man of God for prayers. When they visited the pastor, the man of God simply prayed over water and asked them to go home and have their bath with it. This sounded strange to them because they were probably expecting the man of God to pray an earth-shaking prayer, long range of fasting loaded with speaking in tongues and laying on of hands. So when they got home, they took the man's instruction for granted. They said: "Why didn't this man of God rain down prayers on our situation; why did he tell us to just have a bath with this water. NOW, AS THEY POURED AWAY THE WATER, THEY HEARD THE CRY OF A BABY. They were shocked and began to regret their action. Unfortunately, they killed their miracle (their glorious child) BECAUSE OF THEIR UNBELIEF.
NOTE: Many people are just like that! They miss their own miracle because it is not packaged the way they expected! When you say God is slow and you go to other sources of power for miracles or when you disobey prophetic instructions, you are killing your miracle! When you lie, you are killing your new song. Yes, you are killing it with your own hands! Why do you believe that pastor must pray or touch you several times before your miracle shows up? Why do you believe that you must gather all your monies to sow a seed before your miracle will manifest?
LISTEN: Just a word through your pastor or any minister of God, mixed with your faith is enough for your breakthroughs! Look at Naaman! He almost threw away his miracle (2 Kings 5). Have faith in God!

Twintower,like dasha have said..Cry all the cry for some hours and calm down later.Then,you can start thinking of solution!solution!! Solution...But before the soution,you and DH should try get the cause of the zero sperm,through your doctor.You are not alone in this kind of case..There are a number of our sisters and brothers in this forum going through the same challenge.Just have a BELIEVE mentality and start thinking about remedies.
First,your DH have to cut down on so many things like alcohol,smoking etc...Better still,read back through some pages,maybe from the middle page and see how some people were able to solve theirs.

Zarammum,I was really mad in the spirit when i saw your post at the initial stage.I just feel like seeing your DH face to face and give him a heavy uppercut.But that will not solve the problem.Please i know how hard it is for you to calm your nerves at this moment.Don't let it weigh you down too much..Issues like this is enough to cause HBP...
Your idea of getting someone to stalk him is not a bad idea but will it solve the problem at hand if eventually it comes out to be true?Will your husband be ready to change?Dont you think it will compound the whole issue? Or even lead to seperation and all..God forbid...
I feel there is nothing fervent prayer cannot solve..Know that God is aware of the challenges you are going through.He can see and feel how heavy your heart is.I have seen and heard cases like this..The woman refuse to quit her marriage despite the fact FIL and the husband's brothers and sisters were in support of him.At the end,God intervened and Holy Spirit arrested the man.It was as if a spell was cast on him...Today,the woman is wondering how the whole thing turn around to her favour.
So,be still and know that God is not sleeping.Just use God's wisdom to handle everything..Read books on marriage conflicts and pray always.

Count yourself among the lucky ones to be alive today.Yes,we are all TTC at the moment.It is not going to be like this forever.Hear this,Just this morning,i got a sad news about a cousin that lost his son yesterday when his wife was travelling from Abuja to the village.The mum survived it after the bus somersaulted 6times.They were TTC too before God bless them with the baby...Now the baby is no more.That will not be our case in Jesus name.
How about couples that are TTC but cannot afford to buy the cheapest drugs?The sound of the word IVF brings tension to their mind.or is it the couples TTC and they both lost their jobs? There are so many reasons why we need to thank God for being counted among the living...I know a lot of us will say the people we got married before are being blessed with their own children at ease.Some are even tying their wombs etc...I believe God's purpose and will for each and everyone of us here is for good.We will all smile the"smile of Joy" very soon.None of us ever wish to stay more than a year before carrying our own biological children.
Remember,Our God Almighty works in a mysterious way.
Be strengthened in the Spirit,Soul and Body my brother.Keep encouraging your DW.

@Marc9...Thanks for your reply..I actually want to clarify and be sure it has nothing to me going through sperm count issue.Before,i decided to get married to my wife,a girl took in for me but had to remove it because i was not ready then.Even while i was in school.
But i have gone for SA test and culture..There was no trace of infection in me except the zero sperm count...

@Praisefulmum..Thanks for the mention..You are welcome to this wonderful and pleasant family of solution...Just believe and be hopeful..We all know that TTC journey can be depressing at times but we have no choice than to remain faithful to God at all times.God's word is full of instructions and principles that is beneficial to us in all ramification.Some women did not stay more than 2weeks after introducing themselves in this forum.That will be your case and every other person here..

Hello Doc Marc9...From your last answer,does it mean that a woman with moderate Staph and Candidiasis is likely to face the challenge of childbearing? She ovulates and menstruate normally..Can the man(husband) be infected as a result of the staph and candida?
