@All..I have gone through a lot this past weeks.We had a family deliverance in which the man of God said i should not worry myself about Child bearing.He said i will definitely carry my children and have no fear and i claimed it wholeheartedly.Please,does anyone know much about Tasly products.An evangelist after praying for me and my wife overnight introduce me to the product that contains Miss Bee camelia bee pollen tea,A1 capsule,cordyceps capsule,miss bee propolis and water lily pollen capsule,ginseng RH2 capsule,kings capsule(popularly called AK47) and de-toxin sheet that i will gum under my feet before i go to bed.All this cost me almost 50k.I want to know if it has anything to do sperm count issue.I have an appointment to go for testicular biopsy next week friday.The evangelist want me to forget the testicular biopsy and concentrate on the supplements he sold to me and prayers.After explaining to my pastor friend,that has been helping me spiritually and biblically,he said i should forget about the doctor's appointment and face the issue spiritually.He believe it is more of spiritual than physical since my elder brother is going through the same challenge.Though,his own is low sperm count.So,at this point i am confuse on which and who to follow.If it happens that the supplements i bought is irrelevant,i will be very unhappy.Presently,i am taking Vit C,Vit E,Folic acid,B complex,Vit B12 and supramult.

BUT WHY?
Why does God allows His children to pass through difficulties? Why does He make them go through problems, pains and even persecutions? "God is almighty and loving, and so why does He allows me to go through all these painful and problematic situations after I have surrendered my life to Him, after I am living to please Him, but why?"
I don't know if such questions have ever come through ...your mind before, yes they have ran through my mind several times, and it will become more hard when you are right in such tough situation. Why will God wait that long before He will answer? Why will He allow all these to happen before He will come in?
In the Bible, we read about the children of Israel, how God took them through wilderness for complete forty years, "And you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness..." Deuteronomy 8:2. Why did God allow His children to pass through wilderness and waiting experience? Why can't He just do it once without the stress of waiting?
JUST FOR GOOD
These series of questions became tough with me personally, until God Himself helped me to see His reason through His word. The scriptural and simple answer to all the above questions is: IT IS FOR YOUR GOOD. God permits you to pass through pain so that He can do you good at the end, simple!
GOOD CERTAINTY
When you become a child of God through genuine salvation in Christ Jesus, you may not know everything the future holds, you may not know where God is taking you to, you may not know when rapture will take place, you may not know when you are going to die, you may not know where God want to use you, but one thing is certain, and that is, everything will work together for your good, as long you love God!
Yes, the pain, the problem, the delay, the persecution, and the present perplexed situations, including your past mistake - all are meant to work together, in combination for your good in your new life in Christ Jesus. Here is what the scripture says, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28.
FROM WILDERNESS TO WONDERS
God allows us to pass through wilderness so that we can end up in His unlimited wonders. When you keep loving and obeying Him even in the wild wilderness, He Himself will turn the wilderness of your life into wonder to people, and you will then become a sign and wonder for your generation. No wonder the people of old stayed faithful to God even in the wilderness, no wonder Job waited on the Lord even when his life was turned to dark wilderness, he said, "If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, Till my change comes."
And so what about you? Will you wait faithfully and godly in the wilderness of life till God comes to turn your wilderness to wonders? Or will you wander about into sinful options and suggestions before your divine change comes?
CAN ANY GOOD STILL COME?
Sometimes we find ourselves in such a terrible situation that we wonder if any good thing can still come out of it. Some cases are humanly beyond retrieve that we think nothing good can ever come out of it. In such a case, we just need to go back to the Bible and answer two questions from Romans 8:31,"What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?"
You need to answer these:
1, If God is for you, who can be against you?
If God is for you, who can be against you? If God is for you, the God of heaven and earth, if He is for you, what time can be against you? If God who controls the time and universe is for you, what sickness can be against you? If God is for you what regulation of system can be against you? Your answer to this will help your faith in God.
2, He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
And, if God could bring good thing out of the death of Jesus Christ, how will He not bring good thing out of your situation and family? The death of Jesus is the most terrible crime ever committed in the history of humanity. Can you imagine the only sinless Man ever lived on earth was condemned and crucified? How terrible and horrible! But God brought about the greatest goodness of Goodnews to mankind through the most horrible event. So, if you have accepted the Goodnews into your life, then relax, your situation is not as horrible that God can't bring about good thing; since you have the Goodnews in your life, everything is certain to work for your good.
STAY FAITHFUL
What matters to God is not how you feel in the wilderness but how you are faithful to His word, His will and His work. Do not allow any situation to make you compromise the standard of holiness of God, do not yield to sinful suggestions and demands because of your passing situation, and do not stop working for God because of present situation.
Are you a faithful child of God? Your answer will not assure God until you are in tough situation. God will want to test our faithfulness to Him, so sometimes, He allows tough situations so we can prove our love and faithfulness to Him. God would allow unpleasant situations and see if you will stay faithful to His word, and if you will still love working for Him. He did that to Abraham and He confirmed his love and faithfulness.
At the end of their forty years wilderness journey, God revealed the actual reasons He made the children of Israel to experience the wilderness journey, "who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers did not know, that He might humble you and that He might test you, to do you good in the end" Deuteronomy 8:16.
God will allow your pass through situations to (1) test your love and faithfulness to Him, and (2) to do you good at the end if you stay faithful.
CONCLUSION
Beloved, instead of you to wander why God allows unpleasant things, you should begin to walk faithfully with God; do not waste time to ask God "why" but rather ask Him "what" and "where"; what He wants you to do and where He wants you to go, no matter what; His grace will hold us through.
It is easier said than done, it is easy to preach than to practice in a practical situation, yet, the easiest is to trust and obey even in a troublesome time, there is no other means. Whatever the case, let's walk with God by faith, let's wait on God faithfully and let's work for God fervently.
PSALM 66:10-12
For You, O God, have tested us;
You have refined us as silver is refined.
11 You brought us into the net;
You laid affliction on our backs.
12 You have caused men to ride over our heads;
We went through fire and through water;
But You brought us out to rich fulfillment.

@All,E be like say na twins dey reign now.God just dey distribute twins this time around.3 of my friends gave birth to twins within 3weeks.First,was my colleague that the wife gave birth to their first issue,twins(a boy and a girl).Yesterday,another of my colleague's wife put to bed a set of twins(2girls)their first issue too and my secondary school mate's wife gave birth to a set of twins(2girls).So,all fruitful mothers and fathers,start making preparations for your set of twins.It is our season and time to celebrate our fruitfulness.

@profeseur..I think bells products(canada) is good.A doctor friend of mine advice i use the product that it is good for fertility issues.He told me that it has work for a lot people.Please,accept the drugs from your MIL with a positive mind.Forget the fact that she did not tell you.I know it is not right but you should concentrate on the solution that the drugs will bring.Wish you and your hubby a fruitful year 2013.

@All,i think couples fighting/quarreling during the woman's ovulation period is more of spiritual than the physical.I do experience it with my wife.Even when i try as much as possible to avoid having misunderstanding with her.At times,we will end up not meeting all throughout the period of her ovulation.Most times,we counter it by praying and reminding ourself that we are allowing the devil to take control over spirit,soul and flesh.

@Prettymomma,your personal experience is enough to encourage our mothers and fathers thinking of staying off TTC.I know how depressing it is to be TTC.It is not always easy to keep your mind off.It is easier said than done.Can one bath without water touching his/her body?Can one drink water through the nose?There are a whole lot of questions to ask as regards staying off TTC.It is very impossible. No matter how hard you try.Even if you decide to stay indoor for a whole year.You THINK for christ sake.As long as your eyes,ears,flesh,body,emotion,soul and spirit is still functioning,you definitely cant stay off or stop thinking of it.Everyone of us see,hear and feel it(things about TTC) daily.We can only control our emotions and ask for God's strength to overcome it.On different occasions, have tried to do same but the thought of it keep coming and i found out that i feel more depressed.
So,let's increase our faith in God and our unshakeable prayer life.You are all WONDERFULLY MADE.

THE TEST OF TRUST
Exodus 15:22, “So Moses brought Israel from the Red Sea; then they went out into the Wilderness of Shur. And they went three days in the wilderness and found no water.”
Before God can entrust greater things into your hands, either in your personallife or in the ministry, He will first teachyou how you must trust Him with all your heart, and then test if you will eventually trust Him with all your life. The Lord taught and tested the children of Israel in the wilderness, but unfortunately majority of them failed and so they fell in the wilderness.
Do you know that God knows your needs before you are aware of them? Yes He does! God knows you needed a life partner even before you saw the need for it, He knew you would need children when that was like the least thing you thought about. As a woman, God gave you womb since childhood, even when you did not need the womb, because God knew you would need the womb to conceive; God did not give you womb after you are married. And so it’s applicable to all ourneeds. God knows what we will need and He has made provision for them even when we do not see the needs.
God brought the children of Israel from Egypt to journey in the wilderness to the Promised Land, as all-knowing-God ­, would He not have known that they would need water to drink in the wilderness? But God wanted to teach and test them to trust Him, so He delayed the provision of the water. If the children of Israel were to trust God,they would have cast their need beforeGod in prayer, who just delivered them from the Red Sea and from the bondage of Egypt; but if they were to doubt and disbelieve God, they would complain. Unfortunately, they doubted God, and so they complained. “ Now when they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore the name of it was called Marah. 24 And the people complained against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?” Exodus 15:23, 24.
The reason why God delayed in any aspect of your life as a child of God is not because He is trying to denying you, He is not trying to disappoint or destroy you, but He wants to test your love for Him, because He has a special copy of what you need for you, and He wants to know if you actually deserve it. In such a delayed period, if truly you love and trust God, you will keep praying and keep patience before God, and keep working for God. You will not allow the need to drain your love for God, you will not allow the urgent needs to discourage you from working for God with all your strength, and you will not allow the need to drift you into sin against God.
From the Genesis of the Bible, wherever there is a delay for children of God, it means there is a peculiar portion on the way; what it means is that, delay usually serve as a sign for something special for the people of God, from Abraham to Zacharias. In the New Testament, this man called Zacharias was a just man, serving God. He married a godly woman called Elizabeth from a good home of Levi. They were both serving God. Now, who do you think is suppose to get the fastest blessing? Is it not the families that are serving God? Yes, but not always the way we expect it.
Luke 1:5-7, "There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the division of Abijah. His wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. 6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all thecommandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. 7 But they had no child,because Elizabeth was barren, and they were both well advanced in years."
Probably Elizabeth was a virgin, kept herself for her husband, no premarital sex and no abortion; while her friends were messing around, she was only serving God and keeping herself. She was faithful and fervent in the Lord. Now she is married and no child. But her friends who were messing around before marriage, whom she was preaching the word of God to, were easily having their babies in their different matrimonial homes; these friends committed several abortions and slept with so many men, yet they don’t have problem with childbearing. But why is Mrs Elizabeth Zachariah barren while her unbelieving friends are bearing many children? The truth isthat all her friends can give birth to many children but none of them can give birth to John the Baptist, the greatest man born of woman.
Only Elizabeth could give birth to John the Baptist, because her womb was reserved for that special child. But God would not just give John the Baptist to any woman to give birth to, God would want to see if Sister Elizabeth really deserve it. So, God’s delay is to determine if you deserve the best.
Can God entrust you with the best? Then you will have to trust Him with every bit of your life in the time of trial.Zacharias and Elizabeth kept serving God even when they were having delay, they were not discouraged; theydid not compromise and they did not allow the delay to distract them. "So it was, that while he was serving as priest before God in the order of his division, 9 according to the custom of the priesthood, his lot fell to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord." Luke 1:8,9. It is actually in serving God during the delay that God serves you with the best.
What is your delay? No job? No healing yet? No spouse? No child or what? As long you are a genuine child of God, Godis reserving you for the best, get it clear. So, don’t be discouraged. Everything works together to good for them who love God. But you may think, “But is there any good that can come out of my worst situation? Things have gone beyond retrieve, I’m embarrassed and ashamed already, it is already sealed and no solution anymore, all I care for now is just to make heaven, after all”
Beloved, your thinking is humanly right,but bibically wrong. From the history ofthe world till the world will come to an end, there is no crime as worst, as evil and terrible as the killing of Jesus Christ, to kill the only sinless Man ever born and ever existed on earth; for creatures to use their created hands toslap their Creator and crucify Him on the cross in a painful death. Oh how terrible! But out of the worst historical event, God brought out the greatest historical blessing – salvation of humanity. So, if God could bring good thing out of the killing of Jesus, if God could make the greatest crime on earth to bring about the greatest blessing of justification, then the same God can work good thing out of your worst condition at the moment, if only you can trust Him and stay faithful to Him.
Romans 8:28, 31, 32, 35, 38, 39.
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall Henot with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or unclothedness, or peril, or sword? For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God’s delay is to determine if you deserve the best. So wait, and I say, wait on Him! Just wait and trust Him, and see the wonders of God in your life.

Fsh levels are indicators of testicular function and will get lowered when that improves. Clomid acts at hormonal level and addyzoa acts more upon sperms. Both are complimentary and should be taken together.

How effective is Addyzoa is treating male infertility with normal count but 5% motile sperms in SA?

Addyzoa is effective and recommended in your situation. Please get checked for varicocoele. Also, do not wear very tight briefs, do not take very hot baths. It is recommended to go for a repeat sperm count at least 6 wks after start of treatment; as that is the time spermatozoa takes to become a mature sperm.

You should get your sperm count repeated after 3 days of abstinence. Dosage of addyzoa is 2 capsules thrice a day; but it takes atleast 6 weeks for the results to show. Studies have proved that regular sex is better for pregnancy than timed intercourse.You can have sex while on addyzoa therapy.

the condition is called varicocoele.It raises the testicular temperature and if it is severe it hampers development of sperms. Addyzoa will help in increasing the quantity and quality of sperms but will not correct varicocoele. Meanwhile u have to keep area around your testis area cool by not -

1.having very hot baths

2.wearing tight undergarments

3.sitting on foam for long periods ,instead use cotton towel when sitting on foam.
