When you submit registered names they let you in on the review process. You get to see how many persons have reviewed it. But when you submit unregistered names you don't see that. I hope you know what you are doing. Just asking

The former owner is yet to delist it. Contact afternic admin support. They will delete it so you can list it. They may ask for prove of ownership and you simply need a screenshot of the name in your registrar account.
