Paypal limits your account when they sense fraudulent activity (not always the case though) on the account.
At that point, you are to upload the required documents for further verification, else your account would be limited/suspended temporarily for 180 days.
You won't be able to do any transaction with it untill the said time.


Up till now, i have not still known their criteria/reasons for account limitation.
But it does happen.

That'd be annoying. I guess the whole thing emanates from G and S people. They almost did the same for my $600 about two months ago. It took a week to resolve it. I try as much as possible not to use my PayPal to avoid issues like this.

When you open a new mail, you need to warm it either by automated method, that is, sign up with gmass or some warming service and just subscribe the address or you do it manually, by sending just 20-50 mails daily for at least two months until your reputation grows. Read about email warming.
