Depends on the pay of the two companies in question and how sound the person is.

I know for a fact that First Bank do conversion exercise where contract staff are converted to Full time staff.
The program is done every year for staff that have spent one year in the bank and not more than 35 years.

To be converted, you have to pass the test and all the assessment, including training sch.

I doubt that, I have a degree in Arts but the bulk of my questions were advance mathematics. Only 5 English questions.

I don't reside in Lagos too. Let's just hope that it will be sorted out soonest. For the main time, we need to find accommodation on our own.

So here's what I think.

May 2 isn't training school resumption for those that got the mails. I think its to notify them that they have to come from home, and so prepare before actual resumption date. Since their letter didn't say anything about accommodation.
Then others get invite for Maybe 12 or 15th.

Just my own intuition, not from any source. If after 15th there's no invite, I'll just move on with my life till further notice again.

Nice one. So, what will happen to those that came down to Lagos from others States?

I just received a response from them now that we are to print the Acceptance of Offer, sign it and submit the hard copy on resumption at the Training School. Soft copy is not allowed. Thanks

It's good to know, those who have been waiting for AC have started getting invite. Those awaiting TS have also started getting invite as well. There's another set of individuals, who are awaiting documentation and medicals. How come nobody talks about this category? Or am I the only one in this category here? Not even an 'unreliable source' information. Should we just move on already?
