After 30 yrs and 6 children together(ranging
from 11 - 28) my parents marriage is very
real and genuine.

I hope he recovers soon.
I am going to see them live

I love the geordie (Newcastle) accent. I also love the Cockney (East London accent).
I hate the Manchester and Yorkshire accents.
I love the Welsh accent but I hate the Scottish one.
And the Northern Irish accent is also horrible as in very annoying.

My mother(white) has been married to my father (nigerian) for 30 yrs!!
They always loved and still love eachother to this day.

I have two cousins who are gay (one whis is very open and one not so open,
because of his parents) I knew they were not interested in women since I was
5 yrs old because they always wanted to play with my barbie dolls, my little
ponies, and they always did my hair up!!!) Plus when we were playing King
and Queen they always wanted to be Queen and thats big give away.

It was a movie that favoured a female point of
view.  There was no witchcraft or anything involved.
It was a good movie and I enjoyed watching it.
By the way Yorubas' produced and directed it if
that has anything to with it.

I am glad Despina didn't get through. She sounded and looked like an annoying
Britney Spears impersonator. Jon and Edward got through to the final 12
and I am quite sure it's all politics (e.g Detour weren't fantastic but they were a
million times better than John and Edward, even Ronan Keating was trying to
discourage Louis from putting J & E through but I guess Louis is just too patriotic
and I also believe that a member of Kandy Rain is an Irish girl!!)
I can see Jon and Edward going out next week and rightly so. I think it will be
between them and Kandy Rain.
I hope Miss Frank wins. In fact, I am going to place a bet on them.

I was watching a new movie last night on some channel with Rita Dominic and Yemi Blaq. I have to say that the film was really well produced. The picture and sound was as good as any Hollywood production, there wasn't a blooper in sight either!!!
The costume design was good also. I was very impressed with the very noticable improvement in Nollywood.
Hopefully it will keep improving and eventually attract a more internatioinal audience.

Yes the costume designers in Nollywood have alot to answer for.

I think 27/28 is an ideal age to get married.
Any thing under that is a bit risky as
younger marriages tend to not work out
due to immaturity and irresponsibility.

If God created Earth then he must have created the Universe.
Why would God create such an endless empty space and have only one little
planet with life on it?
That dosen't make sense to me. I think God may not want us to discover
other forms of life in the universe for some important reason.

I think the replies to this thread are very insensitive.
Homosexuals are human beings with feelings.
The people here who claim to be good Christians
are judging a fellow human based on their
sexual orientation which is absolutely none of your
business and is up to God to decide.

And to answer the question. I am pretty sure
they are born gay.
I've heard of a few young men that have committed
suicide because they cannot deal with being gay and
fear the reactions of people such as yourselves.

Well it is her fault in a way that with all her money and power,
that she couldn't get someone to do a bit of research on
cosmetic surgeons and opt for the most qualified and
experienced one in the world that is board certified.

I guess she lacked common sense and was very unaware
of what she was getting herself into!!
It is the responsibility of the patient(in my opinion) to
study the surgeon you have in my mind very well before
undergoing such an invasive surgical procedure.

I don't know if there is any tips I can give you as everybody is different.
My parents came together in a very unusual way.
The race difference wasn't actually much of a problem for them.
My mother was a missionary nun in Nigeria and met my father who was
a priest.
So they had alot more challenges facing them other than race.
They both retired from the church because they wanted to be
together.
They got alot of hassle over it but they made the right decision.

You and your husband should relax and be yourselves, and
don't let race, culture or jealous people destroy your marriage.
I was reading that you have problems with your sister in law
who's igbo like your husband.
I think that she comes across as very bitter and if I were you
I would choose to ignore her from now on as she seems to not
be in support of the marriage.
Your husband should support you with your decision as you are
his wife and you should come first even before his siblings(never
mind an in law).
I can't understand why he would stick up for an in law over his
own wife especially his brother's wife who really does not have
any business with him. She seems like a troublemaker.

I really do think that something like
this should happen. It would only bring
the human race together, i.e( Blacks
and Whites sticking up for eachother).
The movie really reminded me how ignorant
humans are( i.e racism, culterism etc)
Imagine if a completely different species
appeared??

The moral of the film is that we
should all unite.

Peter Jackson certainly has a wild imagination.

However, you cannot knock the man,
it was a great movie.
I do not think he meant to offend Nigerians.he just showed
that the Nigerians are smart and that, if ETs were to arrive,
(considering if they were far more advanced) that nigerians would
exploit them and use them.

Weren't the Oyinbos
etc. more scared shitless of the
aliens however the Naijas were one step up above the aliens.
