I subscribed for data on airtel network for a period of one month to expire on 29th December 2016. To my greatest surprise I bought a credit today for an important calls only to discover that part of the money has been deducted. I decided to place call on the company instructing them to reverse the money deducted illegally from my account. The useless agent that picked my call was telling me that I was charged for daily blackberry subscription when I have already subscribed for monthly data usage. There is no part of the world this can be practiced except Nigeria where one useless company with useless management surface from nowhere and start treating a citizen anyhow.
