Well if you have followed Lagos waterway accidents well you will notice it always happens past 8 pm when it's dark and the culprit is usually rogue runaway logs on the waterway which boat drivers can't see at night ...A regular sonar fish finder with sound alarm is less than 40 USD and can suffice if it's mounted on the bow of the passenger boats .

Shameless APC ..This a man that couldn't complete a mere 35 kilometers Lekki Epe road for 8 years despite budgeting 35 billion naira for it and also collecting toll on the road ...This is a man who as power minister for 8 years didn't add a single MW to the grid but instead connived to increase Electricity tarriffs twice with his friends in DISCO ....This is a man that after 6 years as works minister has not been able to complete the Lagos Ibadan road or even maintain 3rd mainland bridge ... A failed man who after 8 years as governor couldn't give Lagosians a potable water supply ...
