Eustace2014: Pls try read the question , before answering. I SAID THE SECOND ATTIRE, FOR THE AFTER PARTY, NOT THE TRADITIONAL ONE. I found some vendors on facebook, that make them in matching colours, but they are all based in lagos, am looking for a vendor that is based in benin city. Thank you What if I give you Bellissimo's contact? Seeing as the pictures you put up are designs. She will make them and ship to you in no time and she is legit, I will vouch for her. That way she can have it custom made to your satisfaction |

vajayi: @Rocktation,@sassygal and all oda fun people on this thread.my wedding is coming up dec 25th and 26th,a yoruba trad and white wedding.I have a few questions -can I have an outdoor wedding reception as its less common, most people use halls,if yes please where in lagos can I get an outdoor recepion to sit 500pple.
- my favourite colours are white, royal blue, gold and red.I intend to wear a gold lace, royal blue gele and wrapper with red designs on and red bead.how can d groom combine dis without looking too colourful. Also how do I combine d white wedding colours, bridesmaid, groomsmen, decor etc. -should the outdoor reception be impossible, what is the everage cost of a 500seat hall in ikeja? -how much is. The average cost make up artist charge 4 d 2days? -lastly I am yoruba, and my family says its tradition for brides family to take care of most part of d wedding, what are the compulsory things d groom must do? Thanks in anticipation for wonderful replies You can have an outdoor wedding basically anywhere there is an expanse of land. I am assuming location is ikeja? So consider Jhalobia gardens, it's on airport road. The groom can use a gold lace with royal blue with red touch agbada. White is a standard color in any wedding decor so that shouldn't be a problem once you employ the services of a good decorator. I am one Anyway, you can successfully combine all four colours but I would suggest a red, blue white theme with a touch of gold. Some pictures attached. It would be a miracle for you to find a hall that has not yet been booked for those days by now. but if you do find, depending on your budget, halls in ikeja are between 450k-1.9million. Again depending on your budget, your makeup could be anything between 15k to 1million BMPro comes to mind Nowadays, responsibility is on both families, so let no family tell you that. The Eru Iyawo is key but You could share responsibilities, for instance he could handle the cost of the hall, pay a part of the catering charges and basically anything or even everything you want him to handle. I hope I vajayi: @Rocktation,@sassygal and all oda fun people on this thread.my wedding is coming up dec 25th and 26th,a yoruba trad and white wedding.I have a few questions -can I have an outdoor wedding reception as its less common, most people use halls,if yes please where in lagos can I get an outdoor recepion to sit 500pple.

Thanks Someone I know tried to rehabilitate a 13 year old boy that was working as a conductor, few years back. Took him home, got new clothes and was in the process of enrolling him in school. He ran away after a week and when they found him again at ojuelegba, the child said he was not use to such life, the house was too quiet and he wants to hustle. Their mothers will always be happy to let them go |

I realized the trend for jobless loafers these days is to prey on emotions of nairalanders by creating seemingly touching posts in order to dupe. God help them Kio67, I pray you never get to a point where you will contemplate suicide in actuality. |

francababy: Update on this event. They were able to reach Oscar through one of his friends this early morning. Oscar said he never slapped his mum. He said she slapped him once and he was shouting at her not to try it again then she wanted to slap him again and he slapped her down. The palm of her hand. When she was throwing the slap, he slapped her hand down like he was blocking the slap. Then he went to his room packed a few things and to look for Tania who went to wait for him in their church. I simply knew it. Mama is bent on causing katakata. a friends mother slapped her and just as she was about to slap her again, my friend held her hand and told her not to. mama called family meeting claiming my friend hit her and pushed her down. luckily she had me to back her up and mama finally admitted a quarter of the truth. |

awwhh, @ahmedin7, my deepest condolences.
When you loose a loved one, it seems like life just dealt you the worst hand ever. I guess you are still in denial, that's why you can't describe your feelings. Inasmuch, as I was prepared to let my dad go, it hurt me so bad when he eventually did. it took a while for me to finally accept his death. His death was and is still my worst case scenario, 2years after.
Brace yourself for the myriad of emotions that will hit you in the coming days! my prayers are with you dear. #ehugs |
