Why do you find that so shocking? Yes, I don't want to bring forth children but I am happy to be an aunty, friend or mentor to young children in my life, world and space.

When I say mentor, I don't mean the sort of mentorship full of motivational talk. Mentorship where I candidly lead/teach by example, things like saying please, thank you, cooking, social etiquette, answering curious questions about God and the universe (as best as I can) etc.

I still wonder why pocohantas is yet to marry. She has been a very good relationship and marriage counselor on NL. What is really going on? It baffles me really. Not flattering but it really beat my imagination despite all of her advice to ladies about marriage and relationship. All I know is that last-last pocohantas is going to get married some day. @OP. You know the ‘big’ tax breaks married folks get in USA is because they paid more taxes combined than a single person paid. I don’t know about other countries, but the new tax reforms that trump passed made it such that you don’t get refunds for having kids but it just reduces your taxable income which at the end only saves you a few hundred dollars per child versus in the past when you could simply get $1000 in returns for each child. Some folks were claiming many dependents and cashing out during tax season.

The health insurance part is a very good perk.
