Oga, leave talk. Highly deceptive and manipulative women are the majority in nigeria and men have been handling & putting them in their place since 1900. You are just weak.

@ OP, I don’t know what to say. Child welfare services exist for some reason in other climes. To work on behalf of children whose parent(s) are a danger to their existence and wellbeing.
Our extended family system is dying, or relatives would look out for the child. No extended family, no child services, just that person for a mother, the poor, poor child.
All this story because someone decided to put makeup on her own child. Or is it the bikini which children wear at the beach or swimming pool that is now a danger to her existence. Some of you need to gain exposure and learn to mind your business like Hathor5 once said here

I see nothing wrong with a husband cooking. It just means his wife cannot use food to do shakara for him.
Every man should know how to prepare a fine meal so that anytime he is fighting with his wife, he can enter kitchen to change the fragrance of the house and leave her to be carrying face as long as she likes.

Oga you be atheist ni?

Because if you are either christian or Muslim I dont know why you are here arguing against someone saying its not womans job to provide for the family.

Biblically and Islamically you men were ordained to provide, your wife can decide to assist you but it's not her duty or an obligation for her.

Well I think you're right, children that came from your uterus are not for you and not your responsibility. What was I even thinking, you're just a holding chamber to be used and discarded.

It is not a woman's duty to bear children for the man and still provide for them.
You want her to die young? Are you wicked?

As for you, don't go and hustle you hear? Keep looking for a woman you'll scam into "I'll make it in future" marriage.
When it comes to money, the children are for the man. When time reach to settle scores, they will become the woman's children.

Confusion + Poverty is a terrible combination

Lol is it all women that have control over their love or appetite for money or even have manners? You're talking as if you just came into the world or you just reached puberty. We have people who have control over their desire and those who don't. It's been like that and will continue to be in both genders. But one is seen as a crime while the other is looked over

udopee:

Real women that understand what it means to be a woman should own their sense of personal value. Don't let people in the world convince you that the role of a woman is a powerless and useless thing.

Decide to be a complete woman in love with her life and her God. As you become complete in God's Love, you will find yourself more satisfied than you have ever been. You are not relying on anyone for validation or your happiness.
You have answered it already. Real women don't bother abt opinions

[s]Your analogies are easy, clearcut examples of leaving an object in a vulnerable location. Like I said, they can be likened to scantily clad women literally twerking on a convicted rapist. Obvious scenarios, minimal gray areas

‘Decency’ however, is so subjective (especially in Nigeria) and delusions so rampant by the assaulters that when you find out what was ‘suggestive’ dressing, you will be shocked to find it was as ‘mild’ as a sleeveless shirt. People’s concepts of decency vary, it’s not uncommon to see things like ripped jeans considered as ‘immoral’.

And there are plenty of sickos who are twisted enough to use their own warped perception of what they consider decent and what is not as an excuse to rape.

More often than not the ‘indecency’ is a dress that hugs her figure enough to see a bit of an outline or a glimpse of a waist bead at a party than a scantily clad woman visiting an unknown person’s house (which most people would agree is unwise).

You may be one of the ones that can decipher reasonably (cough), but a scary amount of them either can’t or choose not to. Like I said, although the fault of rape is always the rapist's alone, teaching preventive measures (without victim-blaming) can be useful and practical, but a blanket statement of ’tell them not to be indecent’ is way too simplistic knowing the mentalities of the type of people we're dealing with[/s]
You dont know anything. Someone is talking sensibly abt preventive measures because you can never tell who might be a rapist and you're spitting everywhere. Why is it that anytime someone suggests methods on how to prevent rape, girls start twisting and wriggling around like earthworm
