@ Suxes 2006: once again thank you for ur quick response.But ICD is all about cultural stuff ,so choosing a conference should NOT be a big deal .here is my concern should d conference be related to my discipline because ICD is all abt culture and am an engineer ooooooooo.i think i can participate in any cultural conference now?

@Suxes 2006: i write to let you know that i have registered with institute for cultural diplomacy(icd) and i have received my certificate today ,with that i can access their conference at members price, one step towards visiting Germany lol.

i have 2years student visa to US, i entered to NYC with it for 5 wks then returned home cos i can't pay the school fee, so i defer the admission.my visa expires by january 2013, and i wish to visit US on visiting visa,can i apply now or will need to wait until the student visa expires.of course i have IV waiting but i din't may be i will need to wait till the student visa expire.

So many of you we remenber me here though i post so much comment but i read alot about the contribution of the wise among us people like superbrain and so many others who doesn't see negative things happening but are always positive among all odds.
I was the guy who is 37 years old, married with 3 kids by the grace of God , graduate of HND mechanical who want to study computer science in Bsc in a College in new york NOT a University or master's degree.
why am i given you all this profile because of what many of us believe as Red Flag apart from those wonderful guys that i have who never see anything odd but positive,

i graduated with HND Mechanical in 1998,work with federal govt for 5 years and now with a company as a project engineer getting to 3year till present date, am married with 3 kids and am 36plus of age.
my questions

1. i got admission to study computer science bachelor degree,any red flag with my age, martial status, will like if you can give a very good reason for choosen computer now that the 2 courses did not relate.

2.one of sponsor who provide with room and board leaves in the U.S and his name is included on my I-20 , so if ask do u know anybody in the U.S what will be my response.

advise me.

got your mail but like you didn't get me.

1.i never use any foreign account.for the room and board the person just sent a proof of house ownership to the school whicch was notorized in the court.for the reason the person's name was included on my I-20,basically on board and room portion.

2.in term of paying the school fee i used my own bank statement to cover for about 30% of the fee while 70% of the fee is from my uncle in NIGERIA here.

So my question is if CO ask do you know anybody in United state what will i say .

Meanwhile i have a name for room and board already on my I-20( that's my contact in U S ),also my name and uncle's name for school fee payment.
