Please if you took this trade last week, hold it as it has the potentials to give some great returns because Gold might as well just be heading up up for some time. You can very well join here at the 1798 level again. My strong opinion.

Market looks well supported on the 1797 area and is looking up with clear moves to break higher. That swing back over 1780 which led to further up break 1788 to clear the way for 1800-1820 was done nicely for the target zone of 182X.

As long as holding above 1797, I'd continue holding longs. We may face some resistance around 1820-23, but once it breaks over 1825...the next resistance area will be 1835-45. Retail traders who continue selling on this rally should be wary in my opinion. But then I could be massively wrong

Simple, straight to the point and I I don't see how anyone serious in learning this trading thing won't go over these info several times and then look for same scenarios on other charts.
I would still reiterate that we are seated on a massive pile of golden information in this thread that can take anyone from 0 to 100%. Unfortunately, a lot are not enthusiastic to do simple research.

Sorry Bro I don't have any. I just use support and resistance, trendline and channels. I look for key levels on the weekly chart and go down to the daily timeframe to search for pinbars or fakey signals. Then if a trade starts going in my favor, I start pyramiding the trade. Shikina. E nor pass like dat o. You can do same on lower timeframes also (daily and 4hr charts).

About 70pips up, can move SL up to secure 30pips and move tp to 1708/10.
I work a lot with TIME PHASES and repitition of CHART PATTERNS because I've noticed how it adds confidence to trading and helps one see the directional bias easier. My calendar reminded me of Today being July 10. I hope someone can look up their charts on Gold and finds out what happens between 10 to 20th for the past years.

Look at where price closed for the day, exactly at the 1802 level I spoke about [that's the 38.2fib level of the day though, not a magically calculated number]. I'm now confused, as usual on what to do next. But I could anticipate on what the asians would do. If Gold opens with a slightly bearish Gap, then I suspect price would go up a little then range but stay below 1806/13, if that scenario
plays out then we would be looking to sell her at Europe open.
But if she gaps up at open, then I'd stay out till I find direction at London session. I won't sell yet. Reduce your risk or move to BE and go to bed. Friday would be interesting Anshallah.

Thanks for the confidence buddy. If any 4H closes below 1802 today, then the Bears have taken charge and we can easily see 1785 and below tomorrow and we would catch it. Close the buy on retrace to around 1805/7 and sell in that area if the above scenario occurs.
Besides, friday is usually a sell day for Gold. I don't know what happened to her today.

My TP for sell was at the end of the M formation and that is the exact point that's safest to enter, so maybe close at your entry point and wait for price to retrace so your risk is less. There would be plenty million more trades here and on the group.

100pips later and the GBPJPY sell limit has been activated. I suspect it might go up for another 30/40pips before Cable gets to the 2680 sell limit as well so I would sell again at 136.20 SL for both would be 132.50. Not holding for too long before Immortal99 would change my name for me
