This guy should be close to his late 40's. He was offered a FRSC job yesterday, but the job qualification was meant for an SSCE

or ND holder. And his a graduate of a university, so he rejected the offer. Saying, uniform jobs are not always easy to

I'm actually doing this post on behalf of a young lady. The parents are having accommodation challenge. She has bought A land measuring 200 by 100 a while ago. The Dad is down with stroke.
Presently landlord is on their neck and rent is due. She has about 500k savings.
She approached me for advice but I can't give her so I'm running to the guru's in the house. The problem is, can her 500k put up a one bedroom apartment devoid of any luxury? Just blocks, ordinary zinc and wooden Windows?. No plastering, painting or tiles. Just the bare basics
The mum said she is OK with any type of structure- bedsitter(studio apartment), zinc structure, plank house etc.. just any kind of structure..
Pls help this hardworking young lady.

You need not be too emotional to do this.


5. Trying to change them!
We all uniquely created, so don't try to change your partner, accept them for who they are and love them as such - remember, if you saw someone with the character you're trying to change them into, there would be one or two things they do not posses also that your partner has.
So, love them for whom they are.


6. Playing with his/her independence!
This applies more to the guys, let your partner be independent - she need not rely on you or anyone for her business or personal life. Let them have to opportunity to decide when they should and also the ladies should respect their man's privacy and space. Ladies don't like been over protected, she wants to fight her battle herself sometimes and guys don't want a lady who tells him how he should act or fo things especially in the public.
