Website design is easy. I've done it before. What is difficult is designing a website with functionality (e.g. ecommerce) and regularly updating a designed website.

I think the Anambra airport will only handle cargo flights. With Asaba and Enugu airports in close proximity, even America will know that a passenger facility in the "Home for all" may not be viable.

That is the best and perhaps the only remaining site in the heart of town for the mall. To make traffic flow easily;

1. They should ban street parking around the Mall triangle roads.
2. They need to build 2 roundabouts on the two points showed in yellow circles in the picture.
3. Then strictly enforce the One-Way direct of traffic for those coming from Nnobi road and those joining it.

So long as people are allowed to drive as they please and make U-turns as they desire around that area, the traffic jams will simply worsen.

I learnt that Ethiopia engaged a Chinese construction firm (China Railway Engineering Corporation) to build a 35 Kilometer long light rail projects for Addis Ababa mega city project for the sum of $475 million dollars about N8 billion naira. This project involves about 20 rail overpasses!

Then i measured the exact straight line distance from Onitsha outskirts to Awka outskirts is exactly 20 kilometers (Yellow line). From Nnewi to where the Onitsha station is located will be 15 kilometers!
With 35 kilometers the same length of the Addis Ababa light rail, we could linkup the 3 biggest cities in Anambra by light railway ! The enormous impact of such a project on the socio-economic status of the state can only be imagine. The best part is that if the Chinese could build it for about N8 billion naira in Ethiopia, they might charge about the same or slightly more to replicate that project here. Even if it cost N10 billion naira, such money spinning project will quickly pay for itself. Not to talk of the fact that due to the highly commercial nature of the 3 cities that it will link together, many banks will be very willing to finance this project.

We may build the project in 2 phases. Phase 1 will build the yellow line (Onitsha to Awka). The Awka-Onitsha line will run in the Median of Onitsha-Awka expressway, which has a huge median as in the pictures below. That way, it won't need many costly bridges to complete and may even cost less than N3- N5 billion naira for the about 20 KM stretch without flyover bridges.
Once the phase 1 line (Onitsha-Awka) is functional and earning money, then Phase 2 line (Blue line) Onitsha to Nnewi will commence. Eventually, the Onitsha station can be extended to Otuocha, The Awka line can be extended to Ekwulobia and the Nnewi end to the line can be extended to Ihiala.

When i registered in NL i opened a thread to broker peace between Chino and Abagworo because i know that Igbo fight here will not be healthy but recently my eyes started opening about what is actually happening not just in NL but Igboland.

Recently rarediamond, ikengawo and customized have joined in the anti-Anambra crusaders, go to Igboviller and see how they are talking ill about us.

During that Mbaise Bishopship we saw how Imo state and Abia State in Igboville united and started calling Ndi Anambra domineering and feeling superior but now an Mbaiseman is the VC of the Univ where his kinsmen refused someone from there from being a bishop.

Ebonyi state said they dont want Anambranization because Ibeto want to buy Nigercem, we saw how our people were sack from civil by Enugu and Abia yet they still have theirs working in our state and insult our government if they didnt pay salaries on time.

The anti-Anambra sentiment flying around must be severely dealt with before some people start clubbing others to death bc of complex.

Apart from Lagos the next state that doesnt run a discriminatory govt is Anambra State you can go and verify.

Imagine people like Ikengawo accusing Ikemba of carying Anambra agenda when there have never been anything like Anambra State and people like abagworo and berem are cheering him.
What did Zik and Ojukwu did for Anambra as both president and administrator of East Central State.
Zik built UNN while Ojuwku builT UNEC.

I used to think the anti-Anambra sentiment was a mere cosmetic but am seeing the malaise is going skin deep and getting to the marrows of these educated Igbos from sisters who nurture nothing but conspiracy and pull them down.
I know many of them were very happy of pre-Pita Obi Anambra so that they will always see every reasons to cajole, insult and make us subjects of ridicule but now the table have turn and we seeing conspiracies and scheming here and there.
Am challenging any anti-Anambra crusader here to tell me how Ndi Anambra fell more superior or Igbos than other by listing any Anambra evil machinations against any sister state in Igboland but i can list 3 anti-Anamabra acts that have taken place in every Igbo state.

With the second niger bridge coming on board to ease traffic especially on the niger bridge and the fact that asaba has an airport just 25mins drive away from onitsha does anambra needs it's own airport? I am just thinking Anambra should go for a modern railway transport system as a prority and may be much later build an airstrip from revenue generated from it'd rail transport system. Anambra could also give a marine transport a shot.
