Good day everyone . I have a mind boggling question as per my predicament at the moment .I just graduated from the university with intention of going for master program next year in Uk . My surname was omitted from my neco result leaving me with just my first name and my English name …I have scorched the whole neco office and made calls to everyone possible but they said there is no way they can add my surname to the rest of the name . Gurus in the house …do I need my neco result to secure admission or my Bsc transcript I need your advice please ….I’m just in a state of dilemma right now ….

Please @justwise or anyone who can should advice me how I can explain the 2 tourist visa refusal to UK (these are the only refusal I have 4 years ago) in my student visa application? Should I use my father's account as POF because of this?
Reasons were mainly that I don't have sufficient fund for the travel and that my salary does not corrolate with the fund I have in my account and that they are not sure I will return.

I had printed out my bank statement on the 25/06/2021, now that I can’t do my biometrics today 16th and I intend to go Thursday 21st, is it still safe to use same bank statement or I should print a new one.

We paid for priority for only myself but his own was processed exactly 5 working days. I guess it's a total waste paying for priority for dependants cos its processed same time with that of the main applicant. Atleast that's what happened in my case.

I am suppose to do my biometrics at TLS Abuja center today 16th of July, I got a mail from them at 12am, which I think is really unprofessional, that the center will be closed. I travelled all the way here with my husband. So sad. Is anyone experiencing such or have experienced such. What can be done, I’m seeing they will be closed Monday-Wednesday next week and there’s no available date till 30th of July on the page.

Why can't he book air Maroc from Lagos to Manchester direct to allow him relax and enjoy instead of saving money on stress, because he would have been exhausted before entry Manchester , getting a flight from Lagos to London and a train from Victoria station London to Manchester 5hrs could be exhausting, I will never forget how I traveled from Victoria station london to Piccadilly station in Manchester 5hours, I needed to pissed seriously, I was told to pay some penny..i just Remember naija missed those short put for corner lol. Now on day two pay some amount into the account...so when you print that day becomes day one and your 14m is Bal b/f....run the account a little bit by paying some money in... as I stated earlier maybe weekly...you can also make withdrawals but don't go below the required limit...on the last day pay money in maybe 2k then print the following day....all you trying to do is to let the ECO see the 28days well....a student was denied because the ECO claimed he/she couldn't see the 28days...even when it was stated in the bank reference letter....he is appealing the refusal as we speak.....my opinion though.

Is it just me or are BA flights from Lagos outrageously more expensive than Abuja? I am arriving at Manchester airport and Virgin Atlantic doesn't have flights for the period I am looking at.

14th July Email to come pick up
15th July Picked up my passport

3 Year Tier-2 visa granted.

According to gov.uk website, the date of application is the day you pay your Visa application fees so you might still be safe

Yeah it’s nice to be cautious by having excess funds but the rules are clear.

I believe the exchange rate on the date of visa application is the bases for financial document assessment.

Again, UKVI is clear as to which exchange rate is to be applied on any assessment on funds.
They recommended Aonda.com for use

My suggestion is that, check aonda.com on the day of visa application and be sure the rate is in line with your balance.

I go my collection email late this evening, this is earlier than I expected. Today made it the 11th working day since I applied. Is there a reason why it must have come out earlier than expected? I'm going for pick up tomorrow morning.
