Romance › Why Do Girls Often Behave Like That? by Scopium(op): 9:46am On Oct 22, 2007 |
There's this girl I fell for, I visited and called regular but she was acting as if I don't worth a bit of her time at all. I tried and tried and got tired. One day I rebooted my senses, formatted my heart, deleted all my interest and emotion for her from my mind , body and soul. Guess what, she is calling me now telling how unfair it was for me to stop calling and visiting. She wants to take it to the next level now unfortunately I don't feel anything for her anymore. Should I just stick to my guns or give her a second chance? But why do girls turn around to fight in the face of competition for somebody they rejected initially? |

Shugalump: Toksdam, I'm still trying to recover my heart from some idiot on VI. He ransacked it like the emotional dwarf he is. I know I'll get it back and when I do - he'll definately be sorry. Since he took it I have been concentrating on myself, my body, my spirit, my future. Next time he sees me he's going to die because now I look 10 times hotter, my career has opened 10 more doors for me and I'm about to get 100 times stronger. This sounds like a tsunami for somebody. I like your style of writing. I hope you don't burn NAIRALAND with your heat. |

debosky: @ bibi
in that case you are long overdue for another visit to that shrink.
By the way, we are talking about childhood crushes here, so labeling it immoral is not appropriate
most of these things happened when sex and all that was not even on the radar, it was simply an intense liking that was felt.
besides who made you the judge anyways? If you don't like the posts, you can move on, no need to castigate them. Exactly |

chiogo: @Poster, i agree with you on d ebute-metta song thingy. I only heard it once and it sounded nice to me but it is Kinda weird for a guy to re-sing a song sung by a female. But just so u know, Rihanna herself did not write d "umbrella" song, it was written for her by The dream, a male artiste so it's not like it was rihanna's work entirely. Most of these artistes can sing but they don't write their songs, trust me like d song "bed" by J-holiday was also written by The dream and chris brown was supposed to sing it but Dream figured that d song doesn't match breezy's personality so he gave it to j-holiday. so, just 'cause a song sounds nice doesn't mean d singer wrote it. At least d words used by d "ebute-metta" dude was his, it'd be a shame if smone wrote that for him too.
@topic, umm, i'd say "shawty" by plies ft. t-pain. idk if it's wack but d dude, plies just irritates me. The song makes no sense to me anywayz. I know about song writing I don't have problem with that. Anybody can write a song for any artist. The singer gives life to the song. Check the beat, arrangement, the rhythm, the delivery, the production, etc. How can he copy the beat, arrangement, the rhythm and just managed to mess with the lyrics. It's a damn shame girl. I have some songs but that are just pieces of paper. Let me ask you "Do you think he would have performed that song like that if The Dream gave it to him instead of Rihanna?" HELL NO! |

Well I had my own crush as well back in primary 4. Her name is Deborah Thick lips, dark complexion Beautiful and brilliant a rare combination. I never told her I was too shy and I regretted it I don't feel that way now, never seen her again since primary school I used to follow her like CIA agent on our way home till she goes into their compound It's such a lovely memory.
On the other hand two different girls that had crush on me told me and I just said OK and nothing serious. One stayed in the same street with me, the other was in the same primary school. The funny thing about the latter was that she's an identical twin. I can't even tell who is who both were in 4B while I was in 4A with Deborah. The school is New Haven Primary Upper Chime Avenue Enugu |

What song in your opinion is the wack song of the year?
Wackest song of the year 2007 for me is that EBUTE META song. The guy is a big disgraceful punk , so if Rihanna didn't sing he'll have no career. Be original, be creative, be yourself boy, you can do better than that. |

What if HIV was transmitted through contact with money, the whole world irrespective of your race and walk of life would have been hit by now or even dead even you. I know hand gloves will replace condoms then. Imagine that no gloves whatsoever can protect you, which group of people do you think will be the first the virus will wipe off the face of the earth? I think the police and members of Etteh club will be the first. |
