Hey i love living life on the edge, i wanna get arrested, got any crime in mind that i could commit? We only live once and i wanna try it all, lol
LOL since ur 95, i was thinking of you, getting on the train without proper the fare, but bet you got your freedom pass or assault, even shoplifting are all minor offence but u can try paedophilia! that will only get your name on the sex offender register, and ofcourse your DNA and fingerprint will be on the NPC and if lucky they police might not call immigi lol ![]() |
4shizzle:100% chance he can get the e-passport in his real info if thats his first application but 99.9999% sure any visa application afterwards will be refused and likely to be banned for decades, ofcourse the 0.0001% chance of getting any visa depends on if the visa officer don shake paraga or get kinkin in his system. So he/she can get his e-passport and face the consequences, but remember that dont stop him/her going to the schengen states, west africa states, afghanistan, somalia, burundi or even kosovo and bosnia. |
Simply 'Undescribe-able' |
LOL UKBA and Met police have a different fingerprint database, IDENT1 and IAFB, but they do share intelligence and biometric when needed, dont be decieved, its not a rocket science, for instance when applying for a visa letsay in Nigeria, your fingerprint is scanned and cross-checked with the police database and immigration fingerprint bereau. Police DNA and fingerprint is also quite a different thing, but u can write them to wipe off your data, ofcourse that discretionary, but certain people has been lucky to get their DNA off the NPC, or wait till your 'stepped down' date, which depends on the crime you committed or the age of the offender. If you so wish to get a first hand information about this scenario, get yourself arrested and you will see how it works. Then you will know police need only name, date of birth and nationality to give to the immigration, thats why bare illegals always have a confirmed name firsthand to give to police when arrested, so when they pass it to their immigration counterpart, they know their legit, and just release you on bail, like the PIG FARMER ON UK BORDER FORCE on SKY lol |
@busy Dont get me wrong, i never said, they delete Visa application records are destroyed after 10 years, i said biometric data is destroyed. How long will you keep my biometric data?. http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/faqs/20866418/20867762 if i wanna apply for permanent residency on the basis that i have been an illegal immigrant for the past 14 years, do they now only have recourse to hearsay because my records had been destroyed 4 years ago? Lol.Applying for a permanent residency based on 14years, is different, as they normally request the passport or the travel document you use to enter the country, they routinely also send people 'questionaire' to check the method of entry and to calculate time spent outside the country. They dont destroy personal records, but they destroyed your biometric data, which is the fingerprint and digital photograph they take at the VFS office. so dont get me wrong. |
I think its all depends on the retention period for all biometric details collected. As for the UK border agency, they delete biometric details 10years after every visa application in relation to the Freedom of information and data act. I dont know but i think United states should have the same procedures. But you can always try, they cant revoke your UK visas, but they can make negative recommendation to the British embassy. As i learned, prior to 2004, US only collect 2fingerprints details, compared to now they collect all the ten prints, so i learned theres some technical problems before 2004 and thats why they introduce collection of all ten prints few years ago. More experts can shield more light on this, this is an opinion. |
smartkid:You can use lastminute.com but http://www.laterooms.com/ is one of the cheapest around. goodluck |
its better to apply for a family visit visa, get your friend/family to write a letter of invitation, enclosing a copy of his/her passport(immigration status), THAN a general visit visa, as the family visit carry a full right of appeal. Since you have a good finance, u can be finance the trip yourself without any need, so no need for your friend/family to enclose any financial documents. goodluck |
eleven:SMS Fee is not compulsory, u can opt out, if you have other means of tracking your application, also the service charge is only when you pay your visa fees at the VFS office, you can kindly go to a sterling bank and pay without the service charge. |

How can i guess a password on a laptop or change a password of a laptop. |
~@oyewolejos You can say UK visa is a pure water for Americans, because most US passport holders dont need a visa to come here for visit in the 1st place, same goes to UK passport holder, US visa is a pure water for them too, US and UK have good relations but immigration rules still apply for both countries passport holders at the port of entry, thats why most americans likewise britons get turned away on entry because they dont meet the immigration rules of the host country. Nigerians in the US with valid student visa can get UKvisiting visa with ease compare to Nigerians in Nigeria, but that dont mean its a pure water. Immigration rules apply to everyone, irrespective of where you applying, but third world countries find it hard to get. So ease your talk, and use common sense. |
For me i have already forgiven him sha One love my bruv Tiger! Notin dey happen, carry go! ![]() |
Thank you Segzeybaba for your quick response, but do you know if i need orgianls from my briton friend, because he scanned and emailed the documents that i should be taking next week, also what else can help, in terms of documents to show that i have great tie in my home country, e.g i have a daughter tralled with her to Denmark because i am in full custody of her, I rent a 2 bedroomed house, I also have 2 brothers and 6 sisters and both my parents are still leaveing, what do you think, i want my papers to be more organised this time and am hoping to stand a chance of pushing through this time round,
Depending on where you applying, but its also advisable to have original documents, i know few people do get visas with photocopies, but to be on the safest side, get the original if possible or a certified copies of the original. your daughter is a good family ties, but try get more ties, social, financial and solid property ties linking you to your country of residence. |
@natasha_t try gather enough evidence of contacts between you and your sponsor, be it, phone records, email messages to show you been in contact even you only met through the internet. Get enough evidence, that your sponsor owns the accommodation, title deeds, mortgage statements, photos of the whole rooms in the house to show it will accommodate you without recourse to public funds write a covering letter, detailing all your circumstances, including your family ties, money you get for child maintenance, evidence of the funds, maybe a letter from your daughter's guardian that will be looking after her when you travel. When next you apply, you exxagerate money available to you during the trip, you can write, maybe 400 or 500pounds for the whole of 4weeks, since your sponsor will be responsible for your financial needs. Hope that helps, Gudluck |
@az01 if that college on Newsnight on bbc2 was the college you intend to come to, dont even try pass through that border at all. best apply for another college. |
Best bet is applying for a visiting visa, it should be straightforward since u in the states and presently studyin there. Dont try coming on that student visa, as u can be bounced on arrival, and u dont want any negative marks on your pally. |
eljur:You can aswell request for your SAR from the homeoffice, and all information they have about you will be disclosed in the letter, however a fee of £10 is applicable. http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/navigation/personal-data/ |

part of border agency is government agency and other part business entity as they already outsourcing some of its visa services, and even as a government agency, its all about making profits and balancing its accounts. with all trillions upon trillions of pounds in debts, UK govt. jst gotta cut public spending bits by bits |
Yeah they should but if you a business entity like the Border Agency Group, you jst want to maximise your profit, and the more application, the more money they make. Why do you think the increase visa fees every financial year? Because of the vast revenue they make from entry clearance application. Nigerians should only be conscious and stop fradulent applications. |
Pictures of the deceased presido plz? |
