Break up with her now. You guys are not compatible especially in the aspect of sex. She will do worse if you Marry her. I remember during my Marriage counseling session, I n other participants were taught on the value of that extra effort required to provide sexual comfort to your partner no matter how stressful/ tedious our day must have been at work. For some, sex is life while for others it's just one of those things. Find what suits you n make yourself happy.
Someone might say, oh they are not married yet, perhaps when they get Married she will change n respond differently. Those are not to be banked on. She's obviously not as sex freaked as you are. It is who she is n it will continue into marriage.
Don't make the mistake of marrying this girl, otherwise you will regret your life all the days of your marriage life with her. Both of you obviously don't attach same importance to sex. Of course, there is someone out there who can match her perfectly in this regards but I can tell you for free that that person is definitely not you.

Op is right because there was a time I was having sex, and she fainted....... that was one of the most awful day of my life. I have no choice but to call her friend to come around that night before shouting for help .... Thank God, she was revived.

I later found out she has a health condition that can not withstand heat and vigorous stress at the same time.
