7. There will be little hardship in the month of January and February but as from March things will begin to work out for people.

So Brethren we must testify of the goodness of God, if we must overcome the devil at all times.

It does not matter the church you attend as long as you are serving the one and only true God, the God of Abraham , the God of Isaac , the God of Israel, you Must testify.
For you seeing today is a testimony, soo many people started the year with us but they are no more with us. It's not by our power nor by our strength it's his mercy and grace we are alive today.

I will start by sharing some of the marvelous work of God over my life.

In the year 2017, I was down with a serious sickness when i was preparing for post utme.
It got to a point i could not do things on my own, I went for kindney, liver, heart functioning scans as instructed, all came alright. What was then the problem, if all these organs are functioning well!!!
Finally i was diagnosed of a chronic stomach ulcer which made me almost useless because i could not do things i normally does. This made me took all manner of medication both herbal and English, all to no avail.
if you see me at that time you will know that i was suffering from something very serious. It got to a point where i decided and known that there was no cure or anything that could be done about my condition at that. I lost all hope on drugs, i finally knew and concluded at that time that not all problems that can be solved with money.
Because the money was there but what i was passing through at that time could not be solved with money.
This sickness troubled me so much that i was moving from place to place in search of solution.
When i became tired of moving i turned to God almighty, because he has the final say.
I kept on believing in the word of God, though i was only attending Sunday services in the church i attends because of the distance.
One faithful day i decided to go for Deliverance services in the weekdays at the church "Christ Mercyland and Deliverance Ministry". That unforgettable day changed my life and changed my story to the Glory of God, I was healed on that faithful day by the power of the Holy Ghost.
I thank God for saving me.
I thank God for never failing his children, even though the world fails God can never fail.
Glory be to God.

With these and many many many more he has been doing for me and my family.

It is no longer news that ASUU is currently on the longest strike action since its inception which is over 8months now.
Series of meetings with its officials and federal government to come to terms seems to be on the deadlock.
Just last week there were speculations that they and the federal government have agreed on the demands of the union.
According to the union president, him alone can not decide whether to call off the strike or continue with it so, various institutions under the ASUU body have to meet with the national body to discuss whether they accept the offer or reject the offer.
So far, alots of the institutions have meet and the outcome of their meeting were sent to the national body.
Right now as it stands now we are on a cross road.
From clear observation and indication the body needs opinions of the general public to also contribute on the voting system in order to end the strike or continue with it.
The Twitter handle of the ASUU is currently having a 12hour polls to also find out from the general public of their stake to either call off or continue.

It's so painful and disheartening to see a state governor honoring a TV show personality with such a high appointment and recognition where as cannot honor a first class or overall best graduating student of the state.
They devalue educational excellence, they don't encourage or promote competition for best grade in schools.
They don't show concern when schools are having issues like strike, but will jump into matters they should not have involved themselves with.

Every one that keeps on coming will say am the best but once they enter into office they will be repeating same thing as the former.

It is no longer news that the Academic Staff Union of University (ASUU) had since embarked on an indefinite strike action which had lasted for over 7months now and ever since they have been dialoguing with the Federal government to come to terms. But all attempts seems to be futile and as such keeps on prolonging the strike and creating uncertainty in the minds of students who are the most affected in the whole process of the strike.
According to a wise saying " when two elephants fights, it's the grass suffers". That is the condition of students in the this strike action.

Why will i say that the students are the ones that suffers most!!!
I. Those that are in their final year that are supposed to write their last exams and probably go for youth service will have to be put on this long uncertain wait.
II. Those that are supposed to have gone for their
industrial training ( IT ) has been put on this long and uncertain wait.
III. Students with their landlords will have to go a head to head battle because of this incessant strike.
IV. Those that were newly admitted that never attended a single class before the strike action will be massively affected because of this long uncertain strike.
The list could go on and on, these are just but a few.

What is the way forward for the students!!!
Since there is no way to back out of this strike by both parties, it is now left for the students nation wide from various public institutions to take things in different dimension and force the government to come to a solution to this problem.There is only one language the government understands and hear and attend to issues swiftly and that is a ' NATION WIDE PROTEST BY STUDENTS' .

If you could recall during the last protest tagged #endsars the ministry of labour and employment which is been headed by Sen. Chris Ngige who is in charge of the negotiation between the ASUU and the federal government made a statement that triggered the reconvening of the negotiation.
He accused the union of ASUU of being the reason why students engaged in the protests.
This is where the students at large must take advantage of if we want something positive fast.
We must stage a protest nation wide because the government does not want a protest and as such it will make the government to act fast in coming to terms with ASUU.
Through this medium i want to urge,The NANS president, all student Union Presidents of various institutions to come to together and send the government a strong message that if we don't get a positive results in less than a certain numbers of days that we gave to them we will go on a nation wide protest.
They must act on it and if they don't we go on the protest nation wide.
