1. Pressure from management to do things in a particular way without considering the teacher 2. Stressful teaching environment. 3. Poor pay, much load 4. Unfriendly management. 5. Out of work routine activities. 6. Long duration of meetings. 7. Unnecessary deduction of salaries. 8. Failure to look into staff welfare. 9. I don't care attitude. 10.
