Good evening. Kindly help a new farmer. My fishes are 1month 19days and I have been feeding them with 2mm Coppens (2bags ) and durante (1bag).

1) Can I start feeding with 3mm (because my

2mm has finished (tonight)?
2) At what month can I change to local feed ( I want to smoke the fishes) ?
3) Plz I need formula for local feed for fingerlings?
4) Can I sort the smaller ones from the bigger ones? I have not done the random weight since am smoking them
