BukkyDan: "Today is friday, Edet and his cousins bla bla bla...can you see the big bowl of rice on the table? Blah blah..."

how can I forget my favorite comprehension passage?
Chai! Ayaff old o

You dont know before? After 3 kids, no be moin-moin matter ooo.

My greetings to your husband.

It will be very bad to generalize that over 60million grown up men in Nigeria are bad.

Okijajuju1: Now that is a different kettle of fish..

If I am the president, I wouldn't allow my kid go serve in a remote village.

Reason: I am a high security target for evil men and they may use my child to get to me,

Even the SSS would not allow my child serve in a location where they can't properly secure them.

It's not the fault of the kids. They are not normal citizens unfortunately.

But we had seen in the past, children of public figures that attended government schools without any special security attechments, example is Dapo Lam Adesina (son of the former governor of Oyo state) that attended Polytechnic Ibadan, when his father was still a serving governor. He partook in all school activities for you to know how free he was then. You will agree with me that someone like that may not have problem living among people, but that did not mean he can't influence it to his place of choice.

I dont really mean serving in a village, but dont you think posting a president's child to a government house as PPA is like just to fulfil all rigtheouness, i'm sure he/she will not partake in all activities like CDS and the rest effectively. Good morning.

Many of them do go for the three weeks camp, because its more or less an entertainment and fun

Okijajuju1: My Younger sister served with Namadi Sambos Daughter.

And apparently she was very well behaved and spent most times in Camp except for some weekends.

But how many of them were later posted to the same village to serve their father's land after camp (which is the true service), teach, go for CDS and partake of all the activities as a normal citizen?

kalan: sorry the question is not clear?

Is there Msc Agric Econs in Unilag? Leave the other part of the question.

nagoma: Ojukwu? Ojukwu ? - That name rings a bell. Where did I hear it before?

Senior Secondary School Chemistry text book, by Ababio.

shehuAO: So so praises,i hate anything that has to do with Ojukwu.

Haaaaaaa! Thank God this your post is on the forth page, if not.........

Congrats to both of you, as you move further in your career.

I always like the articulate way Mba speaks. He will be the only well known spokesman of the Nigeria police force to ME.

Please note the last word in CAP for your own good, before quotting me.

Candyrain: Ebola virus

http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/laughter-is-good-for-the-soul-ebola-survivor-causes-commotion-in-church/186912/

The Fear of EBOLA is the Beginning of .........

Tell me this is not a joke!

technophile: 10. India 99 - 1 Nigeria
After India have beaten us 99 - 0, they now said if we can score just only 1 goal we have won the match. That was when Okparaji stepped in, as he was about to kick the ball like this, the ball just turn into a big rock, but he managed to put the ball into the net sha and he collapsed. That's why FIFA banned India from playing football till today o.

The best lie I enjoyed till date.

Please which year was the match played? Can someone who watched or witnessed the match then clarify the issue, which part of the story was true, and which one was lie.

Davijunson: Now I'm getting more confused. The same scientists dat told us der are five senses are now saying it's a lie..wch one are we to believe?

The bible.

You will be surprised that the Bible contains the foundation knowledge of science, the interpretation of it is what you may need the HOLY SPIRIT for.

tbagjames: 11. He hasn't kissed you since the Ebola outbreak.

**fainted**

mandy4s: Ok ooo MODS this post needs to be on FP asap cuz u cud be saving two individuals a whole lot of stress, heartache and maybe missed job opportunities.
I came across these 2 discharge certificates while serving in Abuja from 2012-2013. The discharge date here says 2012, so am guessing these guys just passed out before I came in. well I happened to be in various leadership positions during my service here, hence how I came in possession of these. Please lets all join and share or comment on this. You may just know one of the owners. We all know how heart breaking it is to be job hunting without incomplete credentials. Swearing affidavit and all that. Hopefully these guys are on nairaland too.
PLEASE OOO LET ME SAY THAT I DIDN’T TRUST THE ACTIONS OF NYSC OFFICIALS THAT’S WHY I NEVER HANDED THESE IN SINCE THEN.
I believe we can still do the right thing here since we are wearing same shoes. Thanx y’all

Op, in addition to the advices great people had given here, you can go to the NYSC state secretariat where they served, and demand for their phone numbers on a private reason. I pray it work out.

Please if I may ask, what action have you taken since two years ago to locate them?

.....and how much will this debt rise to after 2015 election?

Nigeria government, killing the future of her youth since 19BC.

NewsAlert: Nigerian celebrities have continued to react to the death of Dr. Ameyo Adadevoh, the consultant physician, who died on Tuesday after contracting the Ebola Virus from the late Patrick Sawyer.Different celebrities have written their own tributes on the doctor who saved the country from the Ebola epidemic by refusing to cave in to the pressure by the Liberian Embassy to allow Patrick Sawyer leave the hospital.

While some say Nigeria should sanction the United States, others stated that the Federal government should give the late doctor a posthumous national award.Controversial Actress, Halima Abubaka posted on Instagram thus,
“Rip brave woman. Hmmm and the doctor slept.. Rip ma#EbolaAwareness# victim#sad”

Singer Lynxx also wrote

“I’m beyond sad…. Speechless to say the least… This isn’t someone I heard about through the news but a Friends Mum I met almost 20 years ago. I cant even fathom how he / his family feels! But God would be your strength through this trying time! Your death would not be in vain for you stood up to fight for the world, not just your country! May The Good Lord rest your gentle soul in Jesus name! Amen!”

Actress Rita Dominic posted on Instagram
“A Hero or Heroine refers to characters who, in the face of danger and adversity or from a position of weakness display courage and the will for self-sacrifice.. That is, heroism-for some greater good of all humanity.. Rest In Peace, Dr AMEYO ADADEVOH..”
Singer, Weird MC tweeted
“Dr Adadevoh Thank you ….Fly like an Eagle….Thanks ever so much.”
Actress Stella Damasus wrote

“Kind and beautiful Dr Ameyo Adadevoh stood her ground to protect Nigeria. She refused to allow Mr. sawyer leave first consultants hospital even when the Liberian Ambassador pressured her to release him. Imagine what would have happened if she had let him go. Ebola would have been more widespread than what we are dealing with now. She died this evening and I strongly believe she deserves a national posthumous award. The Cross River state government should honour this woman because Dr. sawyer was supposed to attend a seminar in Calabar.

If she had not stopped him from going there, what do you think would have happened to the people of Cross River?
Speaking further, Stella shared a photo of the late Doctor and wrote
“I know that since this is not a glamorous picture of me, it will not get many views. It shows how vain and insensitive a lot of us have become. I really want to see how many reports this will get and how many people will talk about it. Is she going to be a forgotten case like the fuel subsidy, the child marriage issue, or the Chibok girls? Why do we easily move from one thing to the other without seeing these issues through till we get results?”
Soundsaltan had this to also say to the departed heroine,
Even A president wouldn't have done it! Appreciate , your life . I personaly pray for a wonderful eternal rest in Paradise ! R.i.p Dr Ameyo

The labour of our hero past shall never be in vain.

R.I.P

Dclique: it may be by accident

Just 10% probability that it was an accident. Not at this time NFF is on fire herself, this is just the physical fire of what is going on in the glass house.

Records must go under the rug.

God! Why are we still moving far away from our promise land everyday?

May their souls rest in perfect peace, and may God comfort the Pope and the entire family.

Have a successful camping.

Good initiative. Since everybody is now running, Nairaland is also running to maintain it's leading position.

Patiently waiting for the Android version for my Asha 200.

If truely it's some politicians that are behind this boko haram menace, I think they are the enemies of humanity.

When some people were feeling not concerned about the current situation of the north east, because they are southerners, they dont know that the plan of boko haram is more than the north.

May God safe Nigeria.

This reminds me of Jesus story as recorded in the book of Mattew: Putting a new wine in an old skin or an old wine in a new skin (all na vanity). May God save Nigeria

Everybody knows that GEJ will contest in 2015, my concern is the security and safety of Nigerians before, during and after the election.

villabiz: Tinsel stars Osas Ighodaro and Gbenro Ajibade are engaged. The Tinsel co-stars who have been dating for about a year got engaged today in the US. This will be the third couple to hook up on the set of M-Net soap, Tinsel. First was Florence and Iyke Okechukwu, then Chris Attoh and Damilola Adegbite, now Osas and Gbenro. Beautiful couple! Congrats to them.

chyna4luv: and she has indirectly assured me that I would work in her department and that before I leave, I would use her PC to do a little calculation for her using MS Excel. I began to happy in my mind and thanking GOD internally.
But something happened along the scenerio, hmmm. Wait a minute! she said! In laughter and joking mood she asked, Where would you see yourself in five years time?
'CHAI! NA HERE YAWA COM GAS.' Instead of me to say something in accordance or inline with her department, since she has indirectly assured me to work in her department as a Teller, I began to say rubbish. The interviewer's mood changed. In a frown face, she now asked me to go without typing again.
At this point, I knew that I have failed. After two weeks they contacted those that passed for an induction and didn't contact me. Suppossing I got that job, honestly I will be influencing my boss easily based on my chat with her, Lol.

Hope we all have learnt something from my weirdest interview questions? If you do, kindly click "LIKE".

But you could help other prospective interviewees here, by stating what your response to the question was in detail, since this is a faceless forum, where nobody knows anyone. Thanks.

As per the like, I will like your post when you share your success testimony here, wishing you a successful career.

krazydave: Lolz.... Uhm... Wired questions......

After i told the guy, that i just left school few weeks back, and he jokingly called me a 'fresher'.....

Few minutes later he was asking if i had 5years experience for the job, and i was like.... WtF!!!??

You would have said yes, my 5years of studying in the university, because I dont know what else his expecting you to say.

What can I say to this? Moreso, this is midnight.

"Wisdom is profitable to direct"

I bless God for this type of spirit filled and truth revealing convention.

Is that a news? Everybody know that Olusegun Mimiko and Peter Obi are potential PDP members waiting to take up political appointment soon.
