Icon79: I really don't know who is the ignorant one here. Listen, let me break it down for you:
No one is saying that all and every cobweb anywhere in the world is demonic. Far from it! The point the OP was trying to make, which I agreed with, is that some of them might be demonic inspired. Again, that doesn't make every single cobweb to be demonic. In fact, most cobwebs are naturally produced by spiders and has absolutely nothing to do with Satan. However, it is possible for cobwebs to be used as a tool used by Satan to entangle people.
Got it I don't get anything bro! If you say that not all cobwebs are demonic, then I ask, how do you identify the demonic ones? There's more to life than just worrying yourself over which cobweb is demonic or not bro! |

hilaryiq: Yes my brother let me tell you my experience with a demonic cobweb
So one day I was walking down the streets and suddenly I was trapped in one place, I couldn't move. Next thing I know I'm entwined in a massive cobweb with a big black spider-looking owl coming towards me and laughing and saying I will never prosper. I was so afraid so I began praying and rebuking, lo and behold a big brown broom appeared and I used it to clear away the cobweb and kill the spider owl. A dust pan then appeared which I used to pack up the remaining pieces.
If not for the spiritual broom and dust pan sent to me from heaven, I wouldn't have prospered as I am doing now. PRAISE THE LORD!!! You have made my day with this your joke . Even basket mouth and Bovi have got nothing on you bro On a serious note; did you read this trash you just typed? I don't think so!! |

Icon79: I disagree. Actually, what you don't know can harm you....badly.
And yes, Satan can possess anything, including spiders, and use them as weapons. Hence, it's possible for demonic cobweb to exist. Keep an open mind and try to learn new things. As the scripture says: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Hosea 4:6.
O pari Pls stop stop this wanton display of ignorance! I and my cousin visited our uncle in houston tx last year and saw a lot of cobwebs, even in the car when its not driven after few days! On so many occasions, I would want to wear my shoes and see cobweb on it! My uncle who has been based in the US for long told us that it happens like that in such a period and there is nothing strange about it! Pls change your mindset because this is really funny to say the least! |

dominique: He sees you as a child with way less responsibility than him (which is actually true). A little dialogue goes a long way. You should explain to him why you deserve more just the way you explained on this thread. Thanks...have more responsibilty than me may actually be true but that shouldn't apply here. Does it? |

eph12: What's fair to him may not be fair to you. You want it 50 50? Since you didn't agree on that it may be difficult but you can try. But from experience if you selling my service to other people you can't earn more than me since I am the service provider. We can't even earn same thing. I can just move my service elsewhere. Iam not saying I should earn more than him! But you should consider that I spend some money going around and also spend on recharge cards to clarify issues on phone and make the deal possible! The only time he spends for transport is when the deal is set and we are going to conduct the seminar! Don't you think I deserve more for my effort? |

delishpot: Next time discuss howmuch goes to you guys. You made a mistake. Even if it is your own dad, as long as it is business, discuss every detail and even sign a contract. Just write it on paper and you both sign with a witness. Eh for now, you can ask him for some extra cash. This is the next best time to discuss your cut. You are right bro! To even think I'm a law student makes that agreement part my mistake! Tanx |

Although iam still a full time student but I like to hustle when school is on break. My school is on break now and I had been thinking of what to do when an elderly man in my church who is a deacon approached me and suggested that since times are hard(for both him and myself), I should go around and convince private schools directors to conduct seminers for their school teachers for a fee. And by the grace of God, iam the kind of person who can easily convince people to buy my sh1t for a good sum. The next day, I packaged myself and hit the road, and within 3days, I was able to get some schools to conduct training for their teachers for the sum of #30,000 each. So far, we have conducted for 2 schools and was paid #30,000 per school, and my partner gave me #10,000 as my share on each occassion! We still have some schools lined up for the training but I feel #10,000 is not just fair to me even though it is my partner who does the lecturing for 2hrs 30mins. I spoke to some friends and relatives about it and most of them think #10,000 is fair enough but I don't think so. Even my mum thinks I should not negotiate for increment since the man is a deacon in our church and he is the one who delivers the lecture, forgeting that Iam the one who goes out there to overhype, exaggerate and even 'force' these private school directors to need our services. Pls guys, what do you think? I need enough money before school resumes o! Is #10,000 out of #30,000 fair for me or am I being greedy?? |

hardehbayor112: Please oo, am an aspirant tho, i just did my Waec this year and my dream course is Law, see have heard many rumour about this law. I just wanna know maybe it's true
Someone told me that when am in 300 level, they would tell us to qo to another country like qhana to qo and witness a case..Please is that how it rolls i want to know everythinq about this course..can you please explain it to me... Law is a very interesting course to study Uniben doesn't send students to witness court proceedings in other country! But if you belong to ILSA(international Law Students Association) you will have the oppurtunity to travel abroad for law seminars! My faculty sent some students to Washington DC(USA) last year, and also sent about 8 students in 2 batches this year! Let's know other rumours you have been hearing so that I can confirm if they are true or not! |

Conner44: Chei!
Imagine someone going in to study law in a lawless country like Nigeria
A country where it's teeming lawyers can't even prosecute the useless common wealth thieves and looters to produce a conviction
A country where the only place and cases where a lawyer can ever shine is chasing after petty criminals and other personal lawyer stuff like wills and others
Until the day I see a lawyer in Nigeria put a put a political big wig behind bars I will never have any respect for that profession. It'd like a wasted vocation in this lawless country called Nigeria.
Please upcoming lawyers in the house kindly let us know who your role model/mentor is? Why so keen to study law when you're going to be held back by the "powers that be" whenever you decide to take on the big and controversial cases?
No member of my immediate family will ever study or practice law in this country unless I switch on my television one day to see someone like Dasuki live in kirikiri You have a very misplaced understanding of how the law works because you are viewing it from a layman's perspective! Every lawyer cannot have the same knowledge of the law. We have sound lawyers and we also have those who lack the requisite knowledge and understand of the law! I'm a proud law student of university of Benin, and when I find myself in court after I would have been called to bar in 2018, I will always argue according to the man who paid me! This is how it works...judges are not in court to jump into conclusion on who is guilty or not. They rely on the arguments, facts and evidence profered by counsel(lawyers)of both parties, and certainly, one lawyer(s) must be better than the other(s) and whoever argues his case better, takes the day! So even if someone is already a "criminal" in your thinking as a layman, if evidence and facts cannot be presented in court to convince the judge(s) beyond reasonable doubt, he CANNOT be convicted! If for instances, Dasuki is presented in court today and the FG's lawyer cannot present facts, figures, evidence to convince the court, a layman like you will scream injustice if Dasuki is not sent to jail! In a nutshell, if you accuse someone of a criminal offence, you must prove it! And you if allow the accuse person's lawyer to convince the court more than your own lawyer, there is no how the accussed person will go to jail! That is how it is done any where in the world! I think this is simple enough! NB; mind you, corruption is in every institution in our government and don't make the error is singling out the judiciary! And you only have the right to decide for yourselve! Don't stop any member of your family who wants to study law! You cannot live your life and live thiers at the same time! |
