As someone rightly stated before it's all jargons that 500l law students are supposed to be familiar with.
From my observation though, the lecturer set the questions in such a way that there's a very thin line between having a C or D in this course. If you read the course materials well you should be able to answer two questions but if you really read wide and understood the lecturer you get at least a B. A first class student like myself will be able to get an A by answering 3 questions comprehensively.

The funny thing is that if you see the lecturer (DR Bazuaye) who set this questions, you won't take him seriously!

I bent over trying to buy food at the school canteen when a female friend playfully hit me right on my ass! I turned over out of excitement and hit her playfully right on her butt too, but to my greatest surprise, she flared up in anger, screaming and calling me names! The whole stuff resulted into a fierce arguements in the canteen! The guyz at the canteen were of the opinion that what is good for the goose is also good for the gander but the ladies will hear none of that!

We cooked ehn, all the tribal groups for the lecturers and she invited judges too to score us, gave em food to eat. We dressed in our native attires.
For the personal assignment, we went to our respective villages (each and everyone of us) to take pics with the old man or woman there and snap in front of the village primary school, audio recording of the old man voice telling us stories, parables in our language. God! I was frustrated .

When are you starting yr exams!.

During our time, a lot of coursemates travelled to the village but I just settled down with an old woman in ekosodi and did all my work ...and guess what? Pls don't be depressed my dear! that was how I finished my post-ume exam and went home so depressed because I forgot to shade my paper type, made a lot of errors and couldn't finish! When the result came out, I refused to check because I felt there was no need! Three weeks later, I told my mum the truth of why I didn't bother to check, she insisted that I should check because she has been praying about it! Four days later, I checked and I saw..."Admitted course of study...Bachelor of laws". I almost ran mad And if I tell you my story so far in UNIBEN, you will allow God take care of this your situation.

What I'm I trying to say? Please don't give up because this might just be a blessing in disguise for you! I'm not a pastor but I will say you should just hand over everything to God! If God says yes it your time to get admission, whether the post-ume exam holds or not, you will get it!

I'm a uniben student, and I went to the venue where post-ume candidates were suppose to write exam by 5pm yesterday but the venue was empty because candidates were sent back!
