True but not everybody is business savy. Not everybody is meant to do a 9 to 5 job either. Sacking is a bad thing. U dont see a big deal because u are not there. Because others are prosperous doing business doesn't mean another will.

No job security in this country. My family friend was affected. after 8 years. Don't no where she would start from. Diamond bank is better. At least they do the sacking in the office. Once Oga calls u into the office and the phone is put on speaker from the head office, just no its going down. In some other banks, I heard they sack by text message.

My dad said he prays everyday that none of his children will work in a government establishment. If u are honest and hard working. Don't work for the Nigerian government. We had a bitter experience. Honest and good people don't go far.
