LOL, interestingly one of them after they broke down the room, just yesterday said his wife said they have to put it up again. That she wamst aware of the decision her husband unilaterally took. After seeing our own, she said they just put back the room ASAP.

Well, the Terrance are 5 in number and the 4 other owners decided to break away that room entirely and either add to living room or turn to an anteroom. But I left the living area is already big enough, plus that will turn it into a 4 bedroom instead of 5 (value decrease?). That's why I decided to leave it like that.

What's the projected estimated total cost of construction?

The work is being done by a developer. I bought it off plan about 2 years ago at 36m and was paying according to an agreed payment plan. But along the line (late last year) they increased it to 45m due to increasing cost of everything. Roofing will commence before the end of the month.

You can in August for a Business visa, they issue in 3 to 5days atmost but you need to get the V39A from the organizers.

Yes they said they will make that available anytime I'm ready. Thanks very much.

Generally how is chances of getting approved?
And any other documents or stuff I should prepare for?

Last i got was Super easy.. 3months bank statement and some tiny document but you must include a V39A letter of introduction for visa application.

Visa fee- N 7,500

3. Arrange the DC terminals to charge and discharge equally
4. Protect the setup against surge arising from lightning
5. Introduced OCPD and a means of shutdown in cases of fault or mainteance

Now the setup has seen improved charge time and usage
