The Visa has to be uploaded on the tradesystem platform? The thing is Singapore Visa is e-visa and they don't stamp your passport.

Dnt wait. Fill the form on the trade systems portal and then go to the bank branch you choose eith copies of your documents.
Look for the bank and branch that will be the easisets for you- a bank that you know someone who csn facilitate it is even better as these days they are hoarding it.

PTA is getting difficult by the day.
Don't wait for the two weeks window before you apply. You may not get it at the end of the day. I could not get it for my last trip in July because I applied two weeks before my trip unlike before.

If you already have your return ticket. Start the process now. Visit your banks to confirm if the have long queue of applications on their system or else your application will just be there. You can apply to many banks at once. You may be lucky for one to process among your list of applications. This is not a PTA platform so I believe this info is enough. Good luck.

Is 0.55 significantly superior to 0.45? Because I see most people using the 0.45 (I may be wrong though).

I got to my site yesterday inside heavy rain. It's a block of terraces with all external work being done by the developer. I noticed several leaking points in the roof at the master bedroom in the 2nd Floor. They told us they used 0.55 aluminum but I highly doubt it. They were probably sold fake or something, cos I noticed the sheets looked light. I don't know what's the solution to a problem like this. My POP people are already molding downstairs ready to start fixing sometime towards the end of the week but with leakage in the roof, it's a major problem. I plan to put about 27 solar panels on this same roof later on. Is it advisable to change the whole roof (this has to come out of my pocket) or just try to fix the leaking points (I'm sure this is what the developer will suggest when I bring it up).

A lot of things depend on where you look at them from - some manufacturers will not sell products to a walkin customer unless you meet certain MOQ requirements or have passed through some sort of pre-qualification based on education/training/experience.

A decent middleman (dealer or installer) will bridge the gap between product source and end user, provide system design, component selection, system implementation, after sales and warranty support e.t.c

I support the existence of good middlemen who provide a valuable service and stand behind the products they sell.

If all that is done is to collect money from a customer, go to the source and pickup and then deliver to customer and pocket profits AND if/when customer calls with issues the interaction degenerates, it is entirely fair for the customer to bypass such a middleman, save some money and go straight to source and deal with any issues he sees by himself.

In your opinion don't you think majority of the marketers in this thread fall into the bolded category?

Not off-grid though but most probably will consume less energy especially on ac, fans, freezer (with sense),since the weather is cool and breezy. There is time and season for almost all businesses too.

Exactly what I have been thinking too. That if the weather is too poor to produce enough energy, it mostly means it's also too cold to require the need for energy guzzling appliances usually meant for cooling.

Almost everyone I know using Solar has been complaining about the weather. I say let me come and ask how you guys here are coping (especially those off grid) ? Are you guys supplementing with generator? Do you haave oversized panels? Asking so I know how to plan ahead do such seasons.
