timok4chri:
hi Seunfly how much will it cost to buy plot of land at FO1 that can build 3 bedroom.can someone just walk to fcda and buy or it must be an agent?
Cost of plot in Fo1 depends on size and location, the average size 450 to 600sqm and it is usually around 4 to 6 million depending on the location.
The area with infrastructures goes for 5million but Fo1 is just developing and houses are just springing up their so if you buy it today, it may take around December b4 you can live in the area.

I will recommend F 14 or F 12 they are more develop.

If you want to buy, you don't go to Fcda because it has already been allocated to somebody by FCDA you just need to buy it from such person. Although you still need to do your search in FCDA to confirm the authenticity of your papers.

I'm always available if you want to buy any.

Saraki, look for someone else to back you, with Ameacchi behind you means you have lost that position
Contrary to that, Amaechi's group is the most vibrant bloc in APC, they were the one who pushed for Buhari, left to Tinubu, Kwakwaso would have emerged, Ameachi's group includes APC governors, former PDP and some special South south interest.

He is very powerful in APC.

Hmm. I really don't know much about senator Akume. Saraki would have been a very good candidate.

At least he has championed a leaner and more prudent government and the cutting of the huge spending on the legislature.

He is also very dynamic and modern in his thinking from the information I have about him. He also blew the whistle on the oil marketers/thieves that oga jona refused to prosecute.

His only baggage might be the SGBN issue and his perennial case with the EFCC
Yes, you are right, he is young and smart, I knew him from Ilorin, he has authority like David Mark and he is modern thinker.

Yes I watch the session that day, he came with calculator and he exposed a lot of things that day, I remember he even calculated the amount of crude oil NNPC used to give out freely to be refined and consumed in Nigeria, the minister tried to confused him on total amount of PMS, AGO, DPK ect that they can be refined from 40,000barrel but the man brought out another document to counter the lies of the minister.

My problem is that, he is a Yoruba man and Yoruba man already dominate APC, it will look like Yoruba party, it is also not fair for Yoruba man to snatch what belongs to an Igbo man even though they caused it, I wish it should go to Benue and Akume is the man.

Well lets see how this plays out, i hope they would be able to handle all the internal squabble that comes with becoming the largest party with representation in nigeria...

Sweeping the polls is not the issue but managing egos and managing everyone's expectation is where is real work is, goodluck to APC as they strive to keep all the heavy weights happy...
That internal squabble is small thing now, APC has always been a party with too many power blocs but they always know how to maneuver themselves against all those things.
I love the Tinubu blocs backing Akume because it will send a wrong message if the party chairman Yoruba man, Vice president Yoruba man and senate president that belongs to Igbo to Yoruba man again, it is not fair and I think Akume the Benue man is little bit closer to Igbo so he can have it.

I also wish to see the man humiliates David Mark who has been oppressing them for long.

The 3 highlighted LGAs were rigged, they are the ones INEC initially cancelled.
APGA will win the in court or have the elections completely cancelled.
As for the supplementary, APGA should just forget it.
Yes that supplementary election is not gonna go Apga's way for sure.

My problem with court is that it is very difficult to prove now adays especially against PDP, their lawyers have different tactics to delay and frustrates their challenger, they also control the federal courts and judges, every federal agencies that could have help their challenger will work against them.
Court case is also money consuming, it was rumored that Tinubu spent roughly 8billion to upturn oshiomole's election.

Let's wait and see if the loss of federal sit can affect their chance in court since all agencies will not dance to PDP's tune again.
Politics › Re: Abia Gubernatorial Election: The Real Situation by seunfly: 10:35pm On Apr 14, 2015
The way I'm seeing it, I think PDP has snatch that victory from Apga unless they can prevent people from voting for PDP.

Stop the obfuscation and deal with the monumental corruption and theft of $1 trillion between 1960 and 2005 and let's discuss the likely perpetrators.

Saharareporters is just trying to divert the attention to this government because of their obsession and political persuasion.
We shall see now, I hope you will not cry foul when the thing starts, even though I don't support the probe, I just wish he can encourage all of them to invest the money in Nigeria with necssary government guarantee that they will not be prosecuted nor witchhunted.

The amount is just too much to be hidden somewhere, the best thing is for all of them to bring it out and invest it in Nigeria.

You are confused, Buhari mismanagement of PTF led to monumental corruption in the said period and yet nothing was said of it.

The 2nd Republic NASS probe on Buhari's petroleum ministry is still waiting to be commissioned.

Buhari is yet to tell us what happened to Nigeria's money that ended in his London account
You ve said this time without number and it is not flying anymore, if Gej is so desperate to force the military to denied Buhari's certificate, what stops the almighty Gej from tracing the money and use it to nail the General before he was disgraced out of office by the general.

That is exactly what our politicians does and we clap for them, how many times has many senators, Governors, political parties and the president have disregarded the court order. Atleast DSTV has not slap a jugde with the help of police or military, the more we allow our politicians to distroy the institution the more we suffer.

You said it all except you did not include the following.
(1) The actions of his wife which has become annoying to every one.
(2) You don't fight everybody, even though they are silly and annoying just draw a line for them not to cross and let them be. He fought some people that are not threat to his ambition if they are on his side but if they crossed to the other side they are problem example is Amaechi, Kwakwaso and Bukola saraki. Tinubu will also make the same mistake if he try to fight dirty with Fayose and I know he knows that is why you won't see him in Ekiti until 2018.

Nothing to add again because you have covered all.
