Nigeria, Syria and Somalia were the only countries amongst, the ten most impacted by terrorism to record an improvement in score from 2020 to 2021. The other seven countries deteriorated, with the largest deterioration occurring in Myanmar, followed by Niger.

If GTI could claim that the three countries stated in the above quote record improvements, why would Mr Obi Peter rank Nigeria alongside Afghanistan which is among those with deteriorated Index Measure?
And for Yemen, it even has a better[good] ranking than Colombia, Egypt and Philippines. SO where is Obi Peter getting his own fact from?

In as much as the country is passing through some security challenges, politicians should not deceive people with false information. Just like they misinform people that Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world when there is no fact to back the claim up.
