Do rentals first or else your other business will suffer the consequences.

U assume the car is overpriced at 1.4. u buy the one for 1m and assume with ur mech that with 200k it will be fixed. Unfortunately, u dey spend am installmental until u pass 400k n realised the 1.4 car would have saved u time n stress.
