I laff out loud at your bragging o. I been coding from BASIC to QBASIC to Pascal to C/C++ to Java to PHP. Coded on the Commodore64, BBC Micro, Down to IBM. Coded when programs were saved on radio cassette tapes. But I'm not gonna get in programming jujitsu with you. There's more to computing than programming. These days I'm too lazy to start programming. I focus my efforts on coming up with innovative ways to use existing solutions that are beneficial locally. If however you enjoy programming to have bragging rights be my guest. I'm in it for the love of the profession and the numerous benefits it can bring.

Remember that programming enables us do a lot of things more efficiently, but most of those things we strive to do efficiently don't need to be done in the first place. I am a functional guy not a technical guy. Kudos to you

Dude i sense a challenge from you. Funny enough i experienced all those languages u are talking about even some u probably never used like ada. So please bring the fight on...... If not you can go and sissy like @dhtml.

Its good you are so proverbial and consider yourself as spokesperson for @dhtml. he already said he would win by poll. LOL. I guess thats what it entails to be a programmer in naija right? Anyway i dont need to massage my ego and like i have always told the sissy, I dont need to prove anything to anyone but i thought he would at least show some courage by responding to my challenge. The whole essense of the challenge being to see how confident he is in what he knows. Apparently, he is not. I dont even consider him a programmer and rightly so you too. One of the reasons we code is so we can have bragging rights(most programmers do that) i guess you would not know anything about that. As for dhtml, since he is not up to the challenge i advice him to stop making so much f**cking noise on NL. He may be an average programmer but he should stop talking or feeling like he is there. Its kinda the pi** off.

At the end of one hour i submit my solution and you submit your solution and we criticize the solution and others may contribute and review. Waiting......
If you dont enter the challenge wont bother arguing with you again self, cause i assume you are true sissy wey just get mouth but no actions. Poll or competition. Poll is human generated. We engage in a challenge, you bring a problem and i try to solve it. You must be able to solve it too and i bring a problem and you try to solve it. We can go into any field(gaming,console apps,cloud apps,desktop etc) or pick specific fields(web development). Waiting for you..........

It is on nairaland that you will see someone that claims to be a PHP expert, and will have nothing to show for it, not even a github or any code at all to post to help another programmer's situation, yet they will criticize your own code mercilessly/recklessly.

But on stackoverflow, programmers argue with codes constructively. . . .

If you are not lazy, you can contact me directly for any of those programming languages you have issues with. I am quite advanced with most programming languages. I wont baby seat though. You should have the basics already.

Technically, you have failed to prove any point. You said the dhtmlsql wrapper have some weakness like memory leaks but you could not write a code to prove your point and yet you said you are criticizing for the better. So tell me I what way has what you have been saying since constructive?

You are right na. I am not for really. Not all programmers are extroverts and publicize their self na. Na una want fame and fortune dat way. I use github,stackoverflow. I just dont see the point of push my work online or making comments on those sites. Mind you their are a number of ways one can contribute to community. I was amongst the first to suggest to python community the need for a windowed version of the interpreter long before many of u guys even started coding self. Lets set the record straight. I started coding in 98. How many of una see computer by that time. Yes the burden of proof is on me. But if you are an intelligent programmer go and check my comments and post, you will instantly recognize am not in your league. Its easy to know good programmers, they dont see the sense in yapping about code. They yap more about concepts cos programming is more concept than code.

Maybe i dont understand what you guys are saying, are you saying its impossible to be very productive in more than 2 programming languages? Cos am a little confused of statements like "You can not master all"

I accept your javascript challenge ohh. I am sure i may know it at least 50% better than you do considering the way you wrote bad php code. Can you write object oriented JS and how many JS patterns do you know?
