Anfield247: My younger brother of 22 years attacked me this morning after taking a substance called crystal methamphetamine popularly known as ice. For the past one year now, he has been giving everybody in the house heat. Ranging from insulting people, picking money in the house, eating food that is not his own, Bullying everybody in the house, wearing clothes without washing and not even thinking of sweeping, fatching water or washing the plates in the house. I was looking at him, hoping and believing he will change for good. But as days passes by, it's becoming worst. Yesterday, he wanted to fight our mom, I prevented him and I warned him not to even raise his voice at her again. I tried fighting him but my Mom pleaded with me not to attack him... This morning, while I was still in bed, my elder sister called me and said my brother was trying to break the pad to my bag so he could collect clothes from it. With my sleepy eyes and subconsciousness, I went outside just to collect my bag from him.. I dragged the bag from him, the next thing I felt was a heavy punch to my face.. That was when I realized that this was no longer a joke. I quickly responded by trying to him back. We exchanged punches and he ran away. Till now, he has not come back. He added that everybody should be ready for him.
Sincerely first you have to talk to your mum. She should remove pity from her heart for the boy and let him be dealt with properly.
You people should be ready for him, seems you people pity him a lot. Eye wey look any how go see any how things
Also he has to be taken to rehab, but before then is he misbehaves , he should be giving the beating of his life and tied to a place while you get the rehab process ready.
It will involve time and money but should be followed with utmost strictness by all concerned no pity.
AnnaDavey: Thanks. It's mostly for workouts and indoors too. Mostly do my workouts indoor. And this is one of the reasons why I don't often do my workouts outdoors.
You are welcome,do your work out exercise if you deem it fit. You did not create your self.
Just wear the flexible skirt that helps cover it with the joggers or leggings
AnnaDavey: Have you seen the pictures? So that I can remove them. Waiting for the advice.
I have seen it, since you cannot cut it off, even if you wear tights or leggings , put on a slim skirt that will cover it. You will not be embarrassed anymore bybit
AnnaDavey: My cam toe is always noticeable/visible whenever I put on certain shorts/trousers. This is one of the reasons I don't have a leggings or all those sports wears people do wear to gyms or for workouts. I got a leggings last month( not the light ones though, those thick ones), but I've been finding it difficult to wear it. Wore it yesterday but not for long though.
I want to get those ones used for sports because I do workouts. This issue of my camel feet showing is what has been discouraging me from getting one. Infact when I put them one you can even see the the divide. It's somehow bulky and puffy, and I don't like it that way. It's somehow embarrassing.
Please I need help on how I can make it less noticeable when I put on certain wears.
Thank you!
***I would have dropped some pictures of it that I took so you all can see what I'm talking about and why I'm worried about this, but I might get bann**d. Unless private. Might get ban**d if I drop it.

In this eye-opening video, I visit a real UK building site, carry heavy blocks, mix cement, and chat with bricklayers to find out what they ACTUALLY earn in just 8 hours! General labourer (feeding blocks): £150/day ≈ ₦290,000–₦300,000+ (at current rates!) Beginner bricklayer: £200/day ≈ ₦380,000+ Naira! Compare that to typical Nigerian bricklayer pay (₦5,000–₦20,000/day) — the difference is massive! Is japa worth it? 💭 (Remember: UK has taxes, high bills & living costs — but the raw earnings are wild!) This is raw, on-site truth — no cap! 🔥

Sirchiboy: Please help me, I am confused and my heart is heavy 💔
My husband’s business collapsed in January this year. Since then, there are times he asks me to give him a little time so he can sort out everything we need in the house. Even when he doesn’t have money at the moment, he always comes through. He has always been a responsible man.
This is the same man who trained me through school. After our marriage, he opened a big shop for me and never once asked me to contribute to household bills. He carried everything alone without complaint.
Recently, I told my elder sister that I wanted to support my husband’s business with ₦8 million. She reacted angrily, asking how I could give my husband such money when our only brother—who just returned from Malaysia—needed money to start a business. Meanwhile, my father had already invested in my brother twice before, and he wasted both opportunities.
Out of pressure and confusion, I ended up giving my brother the ₦8 million last month.
I honestly don’t know how my husband found out.
Four days ago, he woke me up in the middle of the night and asked if I was the one who gave my brother money. I was shocked and denied it. Yesterday evening, I found him crying alone in our bedroom. When I asked what was wrong, he looked at me and asked, “Who am I to you?” I said, “You’re my husband.” He replied that he felt like a total stranger to me—that I watched him struggle and did nothing.
I broke down and started crying. He left the house.
Since then, I haven’t seen him. He’s not picking my calls. This morning I went to his shop—it was locked. I later spoke to his close friend, who told me my husband called him last night crying but hung up before explaining anything.
I am completely lost right now. I never meant to hurt the man who has done everything for me. Please… what should I do? I need sincere advice. 🙏💔
Madam I pray he forgives you, that will be difficult to manage on his part.
Your brother ris your brother agreed. Your sister destroyed your home while hers is intact.
Why did she not give her brother who is also yours money.
You would have divided the money equally and given them.
I pray your husband forgives you, which is almost impossible .
Kobojunkie: please leave women alone since you don't think they have right to set their own price. Go marry your fellow man and be on your way. 🥱🥱🥱

PureSperm: Good morning Nairalanders. Merry Christmas and a prosperous happy new year in advance to each and every one of us here
My girlfriend called me last night to request for money for Christmas hair. She knows I'm presently broke and doesn't have the amount of money she's demandingly for. So I told her to go and cut her hair . She took that as an offense and been angry with me since the conversation started. She has been demanding for 30knfor hair and 80k for clothes for the Christmas. To make the whole matter Worst, she told me the relationship may end along with 2025 if I fail to provide the money for her. Those words have been ringing in my head since she dropped them ,but I'm confused and I don't know if that's enough reason to end a relationship of over 3 years+ which we've suffered to build together, all because of ordinary Christmas hair and clothes . Is she normal at all?
Please my fellow Nairalanders, should I consider this as a red flag and dump her cos I don't think I've done anything wrong to her by asking her to cut her hair . She even looks more prettier on low hair cut ,from her look during the last time she cut her hair
Where her papa? Has he father giving such money to her mother for this Christmas? My brother thank your stars and move on.
stephoye: UK news UK rejects Nigerian request to deport former politican jailed for organ trafficking Ike Ekweremadu serving prison sentence after being found guilty of conspiring to exploit a man for his kidney 15:46 GMT Monday, 24 November 2025 The UK government has rejected a request by Nigeria to deport a former senior Nigerian politician convicted of organ trafficking. Ike Ekweremadu, 63, a former deputy president of the Nigerian senate and ally of the former president Goodluck Jonathan, is serving a sentence of nine years and eight months after being found guilty in 2023 of conspiring to exploit a man for his kidney. Ekweremadu, his wife Beatrice, and a co-conspirator, Dr Obinna Obeta, trafficked a young man to London with a view to harvesting his kidney, which they planned to transplant to Ekweremadu’s daughter Sonia in a private unit of an NHS hospital. It was the first conviction for organ trafficking under the Modern Slavery Act. Last week, a Nigerian government delegation, led by the foreign minister, Yusuf Tuggar, met officials at the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to discuss Ekweremadu’s case. The delegation requested his deportation so he could serve his remaining sentence in Nigeria. A source at the MoJ has confirmed the request was rejected. It is understood the UK government was concerned that Nigeria could offer no guarantees that Ekweremadu would continue his prison sentence after being deported. A government spokesperson said it could not comment on individual prisoners. They added: “Any prisoner transfer is at our discretion following a careful assessment of whether it would be in the interests of justice.” A source said: “The UK will not tolerate modern slavery and any offender will face the full force of UK law.” Beatrice Ekweremadu, who was sentenced to four years and six months, with half spent in custody, was released earlier this year and has since returned to Nigeria. For more Guardian journalism follow this channel Follow the Guardian In his sentencing remarks, Mr Justice Jeremy Johnson said all three conspirators played a part in a “despicable trade”. He said: “The harvesting of human organs is a form of slavery. It treats human beings and their bodies as commodities to be bought and sold.” The judge described Ekweremadu as the “driving force” behind the organ trafficking plot, and said his conviction represented “a very substantial fall from grace”. His Old Bailey trial exposed vulnerability and complacency in the UK health system to organ trafficking. In February 2022, the young man whom Ekweremadu trafficked to London was taken to a private renal unit at the Royal Free hospital in London. It was falsely claimed that man was Sonia’s cousin and had agreed to the £80,000 transplant. Despite bribing a medical secretary the attempted transplant by the Ekweremadus was rejected by the hospital in March 2022. But the medics did not report the incident to the police. The plot was discovered only when the victim, referred to as C in court, fled to the police in fear of his life because he believed he was being lined up by Obeta for another transplant in Nigeria. Obeta had himself received a kidney transplant at the Royal Free in July 2021 from another man allegedly trafficked from Nigeria. He was sentenced to 10 years, two-thirds of which must be served in prison. Nigeria’s request to deport Ekweremadu has been criticised in his home country, and raised questions about why the Abuja government has not tried to intervene over more than 230 other Nigerians imprisoned in the UK. Nigeria’s high commission in London has been approached for comment.
DomPerignon: Would have thought that he will latch onto the Trump Christian genocide narrative to use it as opposition fodder to attack the Tinubu government.
obembet: Parenting comes with many responsibilities, and today’s fathers are more involved than ever. From feeding to school runs, and even helping with house chores ,some dads also assist in bathing their young children.
Of course, most fathers who do this have no bad intentions they simply want to support their wives and bond with their kids.
However, society has witnessed some sad cases where fathers have crossed the line and taken advantage of such moments to molest their own daughters💔. I believe this has raised an important question among parents and guardians. Could such incidents be linked to fathers bathing their girls, or are there deeper reasons behind them?
And most importantly, at what age should a father stop bathing his daughter?
Let’s talk about it…
What’s your honest opinion as a parent or observer?
At what stage do you think boundaries should be set and why?

Don't make it one sided Also ask, at what age should a mother stop bathing the male child.
Do you think that the male child is not under threat?
