I fall in love with her because of some attributes I saw in her..she's not endowed as some will perceived that was the reason.

I met her in church..I started observing her and noticed shes Humble and posseses some qualities of wife material..

I got close to her and we started talking, we hanged out. And talked and share most of Our likes and dislike etc.

But what shocked me most was her past life, she was raped when she was about to enter convent but that wasnt my issue. after the incident she got admission in the University in her first year she got pregnant and that affected her academics seriously coz she carried the pregnancy and bore the child.

As she was narrating her ordeal to me she said she doesn't know what actually was wrong coz before she could know it again she met the same guy and got pregnant again.. she told me she really acted stupidly this time..she terminated it in the 8th weeks.

She said she was telling me this coz she discovered that i was in love with her..that if after I finally settled down with her without letting me know her past life she won't be happy coz I saw perfection in her instead of imperfections that she won't be happy in the marriage if we later settle down..

her last date was 3yrs ago but they didn't end up due to tribe and religion which the girl family doesn't support, she told the guy about her child but didn't tell him about the abortion.

From my observation this girl posses some good qualities of a wife material..but I don't really know if she was just a victim of circumstances that pushed her to got pregnant two times..she wrote her final exams 3years ago but due to that incident that happened in her first year she wasn't able to defend her project.

Pls I need your advice as I have not been able to think right is getting to couple of months I have been on this thought.

I've been married for almost 2 years but I haven't really enjoyed my marriage due to excessive in-law interference in our marriage from my wife siblings and her parents. I blamed my wife for what is happening coz she's fond of telling them everything that is going on in our home. One day, I confronted my wife and she said if she doesn't discuss her marriage ups & down with her siblings and parents, who else will she discuss with? Instead of her parents to stay neutral or try to settle our differences as new couples, they rather believe everything she said which gives my wife effrontery to go against me. On the other hand, my own family are after our well being, they always stay neutral on any issue that concern us. My wife parents are terribly bad people due to their negative influence on my wife which is negatively impacting our marriage. Her parents constantly put her under pressure by comparing our marriage to others and by asking her how regular I credit her account even though they are poor. I recently saw a whatsapp chat on my wife's phone where her mother told her to keep denying me sex if I do not meet up with all her financial needs. My wife is jobless for now and all the financial burden lies on my shoulder yet, my wife's mother and father keeps doing everything to cause disunity in our marriage. I already know her parents do not like me and I also DO NOT WANT OR LIKE THEM either coz they have caused MORE DAMAGE THAN REPAIR IN OUR MARRIAGE. Since I noticed that her parents are INGRATE and only care about the MONEY they can get from me, I stopped calling them and stopped sending money to them except if I pay them a rare visit. Dear nairalanders, am I right to completely ignore my wife's parents and siblings like they do not exist and request for a temporal separation from my wife coz I am getting tired already? Plz advice on what to do on this matter.

Pls I really need help urgently. I got into an arbitrage business with a young lady who was referred to me by a friend. The business is all about buying n selling of FX. I and 7 others formed a group chat for the sole purpose of making profit together.

Firstly, everything was going smoothly and we were all making profit. My capital all together is $1,000 (#580k) at time of trading excluding others. The first week was successful but getting to the end of second week we had issue contacting her after making deposit to her. We couldn't reach her on phone calls nor on her social handles..

To cut the long story short, we took the case to EFCC but nothing has been done for months now. I'm looking forward to what to do so as to recover our funds. Her WhatsApp is still active, her line is still active, her Instagram is still active.

I don't know wether I should get a lawyer, police or go to her network provider to report the fraud. This sucks AF and all of these requires money.

I have been married for 7 years now and dated my wife for another 7 years prior.,we are blessed with 2 kids,a girl and a boy.

I am not keen on having anymore children and we are quite happy and comfortable.However, my wife's elder sister who is also happily married for about 20 years has only one child who is about 16 years now but she has been having it difficult having another one.

My wife told me she wants us to help her sister have another baby, that is make a new baby and give it to her, this initially sounded like a joke the first time she told me and I just laughed it off,but she has asked me this same thing several times over. I havent even given her room to discuss it with me but she somehow always finds a way to slip it into our convo oftentimes.

Though her sister who is quite comfortable never mentioned it to me but I am very sure they must have discussed it and her mum as codedly been pressuring me to have another child yapping on about how she wants more grandchildren because she has only 2 children- my wife and her sis.

How ridiculous does this sound or am i the one making too much of an issue out of this?

So I recently received my salary and I gave my dad some money from inside (dash him) so today he called me and ask me to borrow him 60k Naira that he want to use to for something urgent, that he will give me the money by November. He usually borrow money from me like 5k,10k,20k he doesn’t pay and I forget about it, I normally don’t drag him.. I don’t know whether to borrow him this 60k, what if he doesn’t pay back! He is retired and I’m a student, he normally collect salary from retirement and he was the one who gave me the job I’m currently doing now….borrowing him is not the problem. What if he doesn’t pay back?? I earn 40k monthly but I haven’t received salary from 3month so the pay was 120k this month that just pass, he knows when they pay me and the amount they me. The main issue of all right now is that her boss, she once worked for who she was consciously sleeping with inside office once others are not around, always, hotel, even when they (claim) or go to conference or meetings together, knowing that he is a married man, called her yesterday to give her a job offer to return . This is a boss she served years back, even during uni he kept calling and always wanting to have her, during and after NYSC he kept calling her for him to have a bite, same boss she was pregnant for and aborted for him, though she hanged it on her boyfriend as of that time and the guy didn't know . She never told me all these her self, but I won't like to share here how I got to know.

The same man she has been avoiding for years, that she doesn't want to go back to sin or her past life, but just yesterday she even took excuse sneaked out of office and went to see him and accepted the offer, then came back home called me to tell me this and that and before I could talk she said she has accepted it, was shocked and trying to reason why she did that, she asked me if there was anything wrong in her decision, she began to yell at me on phone, as usual I kept mute and ended the call. Please would I be wrong if at this point I take a bow and leave now?

I married this Lady 2years back, we courted for 3 months and then we did our wedding. After our wedding we found out we will be expecting a baby, few months later my wife changed drastically in character, she became abusive & hostile towards me. She insults and hits me. So I went to church with my family, at the entrance of the church members of protocol use their security gadgets to search us whether we carry any kind of weapon. Me that did not even carry Bible expect my phone and offering, yet they use their gadgets on me.
The security search was necessary, even in church today they announced changes in security procedures.
Seems churches and place of worship have been put on red alert.

My opinion:

I was just laughing because it seems they don't trust their members again for instance me a member of more than five years and listen to the pastor almost every week.
I think this acts in church will further discourage people from attending church services but to stick to electronic programmes

So annoying that people do take others for granted. This man has been patronising my businesses for sometime now. He paid the first and second time swiftly at ease because I sold it very cheap for him as my pastor consign.The third time he asked me to get him same stuff which I did at almost same price, going up to 5 months now, since January haven't heard anything about the payment. At first I used to call him on Monday as a reminder but he keeps posting me til I got tired.
Because of this I skip Church most Sundays but today I was so angry that I had to go, waited till church service was over...I still sat there praying, hoping that this man will approach me about his debt.. till now nothing from him.

I don't even know where to start this.
I feel really guilty about something I did 6 years ago and I don't know how to make restitution for it. I don't even know how to go about it.
Back in 2016, I was working at a school that is 40 minutes away from where I live. Those were the lowest point in my life. I was a fresh graduate with no income what so ever. The school was paying me 12,000 at the time but they have a policy of no lateness. Whenever a teacher is late, they take out 200 naira from your salary for every day you're late.
Considering where I use to come from, I was always late so sometimes I end up taking 9k at the end of the month, sometimes less.
Fast forward to a year plus since I've been there, the school organized an inter house sport and I was made the house master of yellow house.
The management instructed the students to contribute money for the after party of the event and they were to pay the money to their house masters.
I was getting this payment for a few weeks before the inter house sport and I was digging into it to meet my daily needs until I had spent so much that I couldn't pay back anymore. Out of 52k that was paid to me, I had spent 30k and was left with just 22k. The inter House sport was approaching and I was so worried and confused. I managed to buy the basic needs for the house (mostly first aid in case of emergency during the events). And I was left with 15k.
A day before the inter house sport, a friend that I confiled in with the hope that he can lend me the money adviced me to use the rest of the money to play bet and assured me that I would win. But we all know how that ended. I didn't win.
I lost the entire money.
The day of the inter house sport. My house performed so well that they came first in every event and won the overall trophy as best house. The students were so happy and they were expecting a big party the next day, even the management praised my dedication and hardwork during the presentation of trophy.
I got home, cried a little, went around to see if anyone could borrow me the money but no one did. Long story shut, I turned off my phone and never went back there again.

Ever since then, I have had regrets, I feel like I let everyone down. The kids, the teachers and the principal of that school.

6 years later, I'm doing great, I just checked my account balance and I think I can even afford to pay for all those kids school fees now. I have my own company, just got a good contract worth millions. I have lived a very honest life but deep down, I still feel like a common thief.
I don't know how to make this right. I don't know how to go about seeking for forgiveness. Those kids must have left for university and some of them may even be graduates already so they are all scattered everywhere now, I can't bring them together and seek forgiveness anymore. I don't care much about the school management cos they were not good people anyways but the students

Please guys, how can I make this right. How best can I seek restitution for this. I have been restless and I can't even look back at my life and not feel like that is a dent on my image. This is not about religion or anything but my guilty conscience will not let me have peace for the past 6 years.
