Stretch marks are not always as a result of weight gain. Pregnancy can cause stretch marks too. Unless you see pregnancy as a health issue too?

Again, depression can be due to different factors. There are morbidly obese ladies who are not depressed, because they're confident in themselves. And there are slim ladies who are depressed, because they're less confident.
