One of the problems with Nigeria is majority of Nigerians have low IQ, I am talking about close to 85% of Nigeria's population are mentally challenged.

They lack mental capacity to makegood decisions for themselves.

Their self esteem has being battered repeatedly by this criminals and self serving politicians, that's why you see them worshipping these guys daily.

That's why you see religion, tribe and politics so powerful in Nigeria.

I have said this repeatedly, not every Nigerian should vote, because I repeat majority can't make good decisions.

I once discussed this with my colleagues that not everyone should be allowed to vote. Voters should have basic requirements like formal education at least even if it's the school for aged ones at least. What do you expect from a system where Fulani herdsmen, almajiri kids, unenlightened market women and men, agbero in large number, few literates make decisions on your behalf. We've been scammed! The voting system and co should be centred around formal education and its institutions, at least. They should make the decisions at the higher level like the federal, state, legislation level while at the local level everyone should be included. That's organisation not all this wuruwuru to the answer. At least the institutions and its entities will be responsible for their decision, either it makes or destroy us. Who has the system affected most? Does the average Fulani and co cares about the effects of our foolishness? Your datas are everywhere from schools to banks to jobber man etc.You(the literate citizens)are a Nigerian more than any other group cos you can be identified easily as one. You have so many things at stake, you've spent so much, money wise, your time to have an edge in life only for some group to frustrate that. In this case, I think restructuring will be better but might not favour every region especially the least educated regions as without proper education, they won't be in one accord with one voice.

It happened that my mother died intestate few years ago which prompted us(siblings) to file for a letter of administration to avoid unnecessary issues, unfortunately, she had a pension fund account at trustfund pension she was running.
The problem now is that to get a letter of administration, we need an acknowledgement letter from trustfund which I was told wouldn't be done as name of next-of-kin is that of a man perceived to be the culprit behind her demise but then, he had signed an affidavit as not having anything to do with her properties then or future
In such case as stated above, what should be the way forward as it seems trustfund is not ready to help after so much explanation. I believe some people might have gone through this path before and pushed through, you can as well help state how you did it as your explanations might help someone out there too.
